- As I said earlier, I think it’s less helpful to talk about products than it is to talk about the principles and best practices behind them ... I think that for technology to be useful … And by that I mean for technology to make the kind of difference that leads to real, measurable student-by-student, classroom by classroom, state by state results … It has to be easy … flexible … and smart… those are the three key goals.

- Instructors can see and score associated rubrics at the same time that they are scoring student discussion posts Improves usability for grading and reduces number of clicks to assess student posts that have a rubric
- A Course Access progress indicator is now included in the User Progress tool, indicating the days on which a course was accessed. Download States for content modules, course files, and for all content are available within Content Progress.

- A central theme to everything we talk about today is the Brightspace Daylight Experience ”a new look and feel for Brightspace”. We’ve been hard at work for several months defining a new visual design language for Brightspace. With this new work, we will have a beautiful, modern user interface. And, very importantly, it was built with mobile in mind.
