 US FCC Part 15.255 specifies +40 dBmi EIRP (max +27 dBm power) with
extension to 82 dBmi minus 2 dB for every dB that the antenna gain is less than
51 dBi
 EN 302 217 for Fixed Wireless (Back Haul) specifies gain (>30 dBi) & (<+10 dBm)
power separately > not optimum for phased array
 EN 302 567 for Wireless Access(WLAN) specifies EIRP +40 dBmi > similar to FCC
