Over 10 years experience in telecom industry. Starting from the career as RF Planning and Optimization Engineer, BSS O&M Technical Support Engineer, Product Management, Customer Solution, and Pre-Sale & Sale Support, and currently being a Manager of RAN Planning and Optimization. Competed the successfully LTE trial network with using re-farming 1800-MHz band. I have been working for various local and Multinational companies including, Millicom, VimpelCom, ZTE, ERICSSON. Specialties: - 2G/3G/4G RAN Dimension / Planning and optimization. Preparation of the annual Budgets as per Marketing/Commercial Forecast. E2E solution architecture, Wireless design & planning, Pre-Sale & Sale.
