Capital structure theory has long been a controversial issue in the finance literature.
The two Novel laureates, Franco Modigliani and Metron Miller (here after called M M) were the first
to present a formal model in 1958 on valuation of capital structure in corporate finance theory and is
still the cornerstone of modern corporate finance. MM were the first to take a sharp look at the
relationship between Capital Structure and the cost of capital. In their seminal papers (1958, 1963),
they states some propositions. In proposition I they postulated that debt has no value for firms in a tax
free world. In a no tax scenario the investors can offset the debt by replicating its financial actions.
This proposition got the name MM theory of irrelevance . Though their proposition theoretically
sounds good but it is only valid under perfect market conditions (no tax is one of them) which were
not actually possible in real world. They corrected this proposition in 1963 incorporating the effect of
tax on value and cost of the capital of the firm (Modigliani and Miller 1963). Their new proposition II
contends that, in the world of corporate tax, the value of the firm depends on the variation of the debt
level and tax shield benefit on interest payments.

instead of inward, toward Ms. Fielding s spine. At 12:30 a.m., Midwife Muhlhan attempted to
expedite delivery while at Fielding s home. First, Midwife Muhlhan applied fundal pressure to Ms.
Fielding two or three times. Second, Midwife Muhlhan injected Fielding multiple times with Pitocin, a
hormone that increases the strength and frequency of contractions. Third, misjudging the state of her
labor, Ms. Muhlhan performed an episiotomy, which is a procedure performed upon immediate
delivery in which the perineum is cut in order to enlarge the vaginal opening. Finally, Ms. Muhlhan
directed Fielding to cleanse herself with a probiotic treatment, as an alternative to taking antibiotics, in
order to prevent the potentially fatal transmission of Group B streptococcus bacteria (for which she
had tested positive), to the baby during labor and delivery. After providing these treatments, Midwife
Muhlhan decided it was time to go to the hospital. Midwife Muhlhan sutured the episiotomy and
called an ambulance. Rebecca Fielding arrived at the Hospital at 3:30 a.m. on March 26, 2010.
Fielding was an unknown patient to the Hospital and was socioeconomically challenged. The Hospital

The process where food is exposed from nuclear sources consists of food irradiation, which is limited
to high energy gamma rays, X rays and accelerated electrons. Ionizing is source of radiation because
of the high energy free electrons from atoms and molecules. The electrically charged particles are
converted to ions. Microwaves are example of gamma rays. Accelerated electrons can transfuse to
