1. CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY PROPOSAL
Aluminium formwork system is a construction
technique where the concrete are poured in
one single based operation for the structure
of the building i.e wall, slabs, beam. It
constructs a building rapidly yet still able to
provide high quality. This system does not
require skilled labour and heavy machineries.
It also reduces construction wastage as the
aluminium panels can be reuse over 100
times.
Contiguous Bored Pile Wall
Contiguous bored pile (CBP) wall are
commonly used to construct temporary or
permanent retaining wall. CBP wall are suitable
for basement construction, underpasses, tunnel
portals, slope stabilization and other
underground structures where the site have
restricted working space and require support for
the adjacent building. It can be designed to
carry long term vertical load and enable to
achieve cost and time effective.
Siphonic Roof Drainage System & Conventional Drainage System
The mix use of both siphonic roof drainage system
and conventional drainage system is proposed for the
building to save cost and achieve the efficiency of the
system at the same time.. Siphonic roof drainage
system is mainly use for the building as it provides
flexibility of architectural design and it uses
environmental friendly materials. The siphonic roof
drainage system create the high flow velocity of
rainwater to downpipe and continue discharging the
rainwater by conventional drainage system at the
lower part of the building.
Green building concept
Rainwater harvesting system is where the rainwater are
collected from the roof surface or any permeable surface and
are then filtered to become the water that can of daily uses
except for drinking. With this system, it can reduce the water
bills as well as the need of extracting water from the mains.

LED light are energy efficient as it can
save 50% more electricity compared to
fluorescent or incandescent light. LED
light has high design flexibility and is
small in size so it can be adjusted to any
required design.
Green roof is a platform where vegetations
are being planted on ballasted roof and act
as a green spaces within the urban areas. It
can reduce the heat flux and provide natural
insulation to the building . The plants acts
as a air purifier and shades to the
occupants of the building.

Bored piles are commonly used as a foundation in Malaysia
especially to support heavy loaded structures. Bored piles is
normally use for high rise building which require foundation
to bear the load of thousands of tons, most probably in
unstable or difficult soil conditions. It generates less
vibration, less noise and flexibility of sizes to suit different
loading conditions and subsoil conditions. However, bored
piles provide higher capacity with better economic than
driven piles. Therefore, constructing bored piles required
large excavation and subsequent backfill are minimized.
There is no disruption to the adjacent soil or structures
since the boring is done on the specific site.
