Bored piles are commonly used as foundations for high-rise buildings in Malaysia, especially those requiring support of thousands of tons in unstable soils. The proposal discusses using bored piles, curtain walls made of glass and paint for natural light, a rainwater harvesting system to collect and filter rainwater for use, and a siphonic roof drainage system to efficiently drain water from the roof while reducing costs. Aluminum louvers are proposed to cover the podium area to control climate in the building and allow easy cleaning of window surfaces.

are then filtered to
become the water that
can of daily uses
except for drinking.
Siphonic Roof Drainage System & Conventional
Drainage System
In order to save cost and achieve the efficiency
of the system at the same tim, siphonic roof
drainage system and conventional drainage
system is proposed for the. Siphonic roof
drainage system is mainly use for the building as it
provides flexibility of architectural design and it
uses environmental friendly materials. The
siphonic roof drainage system create the high
flow velocity of rainwater to downpipe and
continue discharging the rainwater by
conventional drainage system at the lower part
of the building.
