This document discusses the design and development of a new stamping bracket for snowmobiles utilizing computer-aided engineering (CAE) technologies, including finite element analysis (FEA) and topology optimization, to improve manufacturing efficiency and product performance. The proposed design reduces the number of manufacturing processes from eight to one, resulting in cost savings and a significantly optimized weight-to-strength ratio, while also enhancing structural and torsional stiffness. Ultimately, through the use of advanced simulation technologies and meticulous design methodologies, the study aims to streamline product development in a competitive automotive market.
