This document summarizes a research paper that reviewed factors impacting construction labor productivity and their effects on project performance. It identified key factors through a literature review, including personal, construction, management, resource, technical, communication, and general factors. A questionnaire was distributed to construction laborers to determine the most significant factors. The results indicated that personal, construction, management, resource, and general factors had the biggest impact on labor productivity. Improving these factors can enhance productivity, profits, and minimize time and cost overruns on projects. In conclusion, focusing on these influential factors can help project managers boost labor productivity and performance.
