Dear Parents,
Activities we will be doing in Preschool:
 Talking about autumn time and the changes that we can see all
around us. We will have an autumn nature table and will be
encouraging the children to name the different items.
 Making autumn pictures and bonfire pictures using a variety of
materials.
 Singing our rhyme of the week which will be Incy Wincy Spider.
Activities to do at home with your child:
 Talk about the different colours they may see as they watch the
fireworks. Encourage them to guess which colour will come next.
 Go for a walk in the park to look at the trees. If you collect any
leaves please bring some in for us to look at and talk about.
Notices:
 As Friday 18th
is Children in Need day we shall be having a cake
sale in the Rainbow café. This will be open while the children are
in session; 1.15/2pm. If you are able to help by either making
some cakes or helping sell them, please speak to a member of
staff. If your child attends preschool on a Friday we invite them
to wear something yellow or spotty. A donation bucket will also
be available for any optional contributions.
 Now that it is getting colder please bring a clearly named coat
to every session so that your child can play outside.
