This document discusses e-learning strategies for fitness industry training. It proposes using a combination of traditional face-to-face learning along with e-learning strategies to cater to different learning styles. Some suggested e-learning strategies include providing copies of virtual classes, case studies, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, and links to further education materials to allow students to learn away from the classroom and collaborate with other class members. Technical requirements and issues for implementing virtual classrooms and e-learning are also addressed.
