To support adoption of FEAST, ILRI is launching training to help practitioners develop skills like computer literacy, data analysis, and report writing. The training will be available both in-classroom and online to reach more people. ILRI is applying principles of instructional design to improve the training, including actively involving learners, defining clear objectives, resequencing lessons, and introducing consistent structured lessons with objectives, terminology, and review questions. The redesigned training aims to deliver a more effective learning experience to more participants in less time.
