Casting is one of the major metallurgical operations carried out in the manufacturing industry.
Given the large scale of operations, the number of defects in the process also goes up with the
development of the time and methods of the processing. Although, we have managed to cover up
for the defects in the procedure, yet the remnants pose a huge problem. Now, every property
attributes its relations to the casting process and the correlation of the defect in the microstructure,
ductility, machinability, etc. all trace their reasons back to the type of casting or the defect
associated with it. In the present study, we have tried to analyze two main types of defects mainly,
filling and thermal defects, with their sub types along with the causes, effects on the properties and

exercising on a regular basis results in many benefits. Nevertheless despite the great benefit of
sport, many experts commonly agree that physical activity may be harmful. One of the
unfavourable areas within sport, which is frequently examined by researchers, is exercise addiction.
The predominance of exercise addiction is quite rare in reality, but when present conflicting
consequences can be calamitous (De Coverley Veale, 1987; Szabo, 2007).
Szabo (1998) proposed that those addicted to exercise will experience a more compelling
withdrawal than dedicated exercisers. A comprehensive manner to distinguish between both sets of
individuals may be through the actions and intentions for exercise of the individuals. Exercise
addiction between an athlete which is healthy and an exercise addict may be sharing very similar
levels of training; the difference is the mental approach and attitude taken by each individual. The
individual addicted to exercise is unable to see the real value in unnecessary exercise and is
resolute in pursuing his sport despite it being against his best interest.
The definition of exercise addiction is complemented by six common symptoms of exercise

The Theory Of Organizational Change
Literature Synthesis The idea of change can alarm any system and lead to unexpected reactions
from the members associated with the system. As the change begins to be implemented, these
uncertainties intensify and can lead to crisis. This phenomenon becomes even more crucial when
the system involves an organization with leaders and those members with non managerial
responsibilities. When change is being implemented within an organization by its leaders, the
consequences of it can be underestimated or ignored by them, resulting in crises and, eventually,
failure of the change efforts. In order for change to succeed, specifically in today s business world,
where organizations are constantly undergoing change at a fast rate, companies should educate
their employees in understanding and supporting change. Taking both organizational and employee
perspectives into account, Armenakis and Bedeian (1999) have reviewed major research
publications on the theory of organizational change from 1987 to 1999. To set a basis for selecting
from the vast number of the available material, their study was concentrated on those researches
focusing on the fundamentals of organizational change dynamics. The researchers acknowledge the
effect of the extent of their resource selection on the literature review outcome, stating that their
choice of subject area will provide a deeper understanding of the existing approaches governing

Psychoopathology Of Child Sexual Abuse
The research put forth by Rind et al (1998), while obviously controversial, was delving into other
variables that could be correlated to the severity of psychopathology of victims that experienced
child sexual abuse. While child sexual abuse is a very sensitive subject, I think this research has
benefited the conversation of CSA. There are multiple variables that cause a person s
psychopathology and to blame the mental disorders on strictly one event or multiple events of the
same acts is in my opinion naive. In many cases I think that CSA have a major impact on victims
but as the research suggests, there are multiple factors that correlate to the psychopathology of

Dallam et al (2001) critiqued the sample population of college students, I understand their
critique, that it may exclude the most severely affected, but that was the whole point of the
research put forth by Rind et al (1998), that someone can be severely affected in a clinical
definition of the terms but their psychopathology may not be severe. I think that Rind et al
(1998) were trying to figure out why some people are impacted more severely psychologically
where other victims are more resilient. Dallam et al (2001) critiques the clearly impossible
standard to have one definition of abuse and Rind et al s over inclusion of the definitions. I
think Rind et al (1998) had reason to over include because to leave out one definition of abuse
would be neglectful. Therefore by researching all definitions of abuse, you can find correlations
with the 18 different psychological categories and CSA that Rind et al (1998) had used within
their study. The research by Rind et al (1998) was controversial because it was a very complex
subject to analyze. I do agree that there should be more studies completed in a different population
to look into severity of subjects that may have been exposed to more
