Happy Birthday! It was October 2, 1957 and the day I became a teenager. I didn t have much of a
worry in the world and really only cared if the surf was up and whether my favorite song, All Shook

Booker T. Washington gave his famous Atlanta Exposition Address on September 18, 1895.
This speech was considered definitive in Washington s accomodationist strategy in response to
racial tensions in the South. In this speech, Washington responded to the question of what could
be done about the dreadful social and economic conditions of blacks and the relationship
between the southern blacks and whites. In this speech, he urged racial cooperation along with
acceptance of social segregation as a price to pay in order to receive education and economic
security. His speech was praised by some, such as Clark Howell of the Atlanta Constitution, for

criticized by others such as W.E.B. Du Bois for accepting the idea of separate but equal . The

To understand about Cuba before doing business in or with that country is important know
geographical location, its form of government including their trade relations, the political context
and its location in world geopolitics, its population, language, culture, use of technology, labor, its
financial system in economic terms and of course it s kind currency and exchange rate.
Historically, political and economic relations between US and Cuba have not been friendly; In this

Intelligence officials in US are closely studying Soviet technology of the era of the Cold War to
determine whether an electronic weapon was used in the acoustic attacks that took place in Havana
from late 2016 until last August.
