Relationship Between My Husband And Child For My Future...
Relationship is defined as the way in which two or more concepts or people are connected. This means
like how two people can relate with one another or generally just how the relationship works. We all
know that it takes a lot to make any relationship work whether it s a marriage or even just in making
friendships work. There are certain components that must be present to make it work. In addition,
there s also the question of what are you willing to invest in the relationship. Personally, I have a few
ideas of what I would expect in my husband and child for my future family. Communication is one of
the most important aspects of making a relationship work. I want a husband who I can just talk to. I
want to be able to talk about my emotions, spiritual aspects, and just about anything about my life. My
number one priority however would have to be finding someone who I can be myself with. I want
someone who ll understand me and my culture or at least someone who s open minded. It also helps if
we have the same beliefs especially in deciding what we would teach our children or how we would
raise them. Having the same beliefs would decrease the amount of arguing or compromising we have
to go through. He should also have the same expectations in the relationship and the willingness to be
in it. For example, when I marry someone, divorce is not an option unless the circumstances are really
bad and almost unbearable. He must understand that, and he must understand my beliefs. In

Mount Rainer Research Paper
Mount Rainer is the 5th National park. This National park was established by an act of congress in
1899. This mountain was set aside to protect areas of outstanding scenic and scientific value for the
enjoyment of present and future generations . In 1988, 97% of Mount Rainer was designated as
wilderness.
This 14,411 foot active volcano is hiked by thousands. To reach the summit, there s a vertical
elevation gain of more than 9,000 feet over a distance of eight more miles. Climbers who don t reach
the summit completely have to descend to lower elevations because of bad weather, strong winds, or
altitude illnesses. The youngest to make it to the summit was a 7 year old girl, and the oldest person to

Torture In The Middle Ages
Torture is an action of severe physical or mental pain, or suffering for a purpose, such as extraction of
information, confessions, or for punishments. In the Middle Ages torture was used for suffering and to
punish captured enemies. It involved the usage of instruments to force evidence from witnesses,
criminals, and slaves and was only committed by a public official or another person with similar
authority. In ancient Greece and Rome, torture was lawfully used, it was usually used on slaves to
extract information or confessions. Later, in early medieval Europe, torture was used as an ancient test
of guilt or innocence by subjection of the person who was accused to extreme pain (Rodley 1).
Survival was taken as a proof of innocence, the suspect s response to pain established guilt or
innocence. But there were many methods used to torture people. In medieval times punishments were
often for crimes. The people who tortured witnesses, criminals, and slaves, used methods like the rack,
guillotine, mandatory bath, pillory and trial by combat. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The rack was introduced in England during 1420 and composed of a long wooden frame. At one end
the victim s legs were tied up with ropes, and on the other end the arms were also tied. And if the
victim ever refused to answer questions the rollers were turned until the victim s joints were
dislocated. But there was one other torture device that was popular, it was an instrument used for
capital punishments(also known as death penalty) by decapitation. This instrument was called the
guillotine which was introduced into France in 1792. The guillotine device composed of two upright
beams is placed on a crossbeam, with a sharp edged knife, which was heavily weighted to make come

Summary Of Being A Crippled By Nancy Mairs
In the short passage Being a Crippled, Nancy Mairs presents herself as a crippled. she explains the
positives and negatives about being crippled through the use of diction, tone and irony. Mairs is a
courageous woman. With that said is because, she starts the passage with the use of irony. She was
thinking about writing as essay on being crippled. At that time she wasn t crippled. Its ironic how she
was thinking about being crippled then after that thought she became crippled. Mairs continues on
with irony, as she states As a cripple, I swagger. The irony highlights the pride she finds in a label that
others may find as offensive, but she finds truthful and right. Meanwhile, along with the use of irony,

Essay on Cuban Revolution
Almost every nation in the world has experienced a revolution. A revolution can be simply defined as
a change. When a country undergoes a revolution, its ideals that it once believed in are being
modified. Sometimes revolutionaries act intellectually, yet others may respond physically through
destruction. Some may be peaceful, some short lasting, and some pointless. Historians do argue on
identifying whether a revolution has occurred. Revolutions usually follow a rupture in the nation s
events, are directed by a hero, have an ideology and belief system, and use symbols or tools to get its
points across to the people. Cuba and its leader today, Fidel Castro, have their own roots in a
revolution that took place only some forty years ago. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
All revolutionaries except Castro and his family were massacred. Although this rupture failed, Castro
s movement gained popularity and prestige all over the world. In fact, Castro called the Revolution the
26 of July Movement. Castro himself was caught and sentenced to jail for two years. Between 1955
and 1956, br br Castro went to United States and Mexico looking for supporters and money to fund his
revolution. On December 2, 1956, eighty two men including Castro and the physician Ernesto Che
Guevara, set sail once again for the Oriente on their yacht, the Granma. The campaign was doomed
from the beginning. Nobody could navigate the boat properly, everybody was seasick, most of the
supplies were jettisoned in a storm, and the expedition landed in the wrong place. (Sinclair,15) On one
occasion Guevara followed the wrong star to travel North, and on another, his comrade put the only
the drink they had, milk, upside down in his pocket. By the end of the day the milk was gone. On
December 5 in the battle of Alegría de Pío, Batista s troops killed all of the rebels except twelve.
Among these survivors, coincidentally, were Castro and Guevara. br br Meanwhile, in the cities and
universities, a revolutionary movement was also taking place. The Ortodoxo political party favored a
violent revolution against Batista. Its leader and University of Havana Professor Rafael Bárcena

a) Plot the supply and demand curves and indicate the equilibrium price and quantity.
b) What effect will an increase in the price of leather (a production input) have on the equilibrium
price and quantity of footballs assuming all other things remain constant? Explain your answer with
the help of a diagram.
The supply curve will shift to the left because of a decrease in supply and the equilibrium price will be
high.
c) What effect will a decrease in the price of soccer balls (a substitute commodity) have on the
equilibrium price and quantity of footballs, assuming again that all other things are held constant? Use
a diagram in your answer.
The demand will decrease because the price of a substitute good decreased and the equilibrium will go

For A Lady I Know By Countee Cullen
Richard Wright once said, All literature is protest. You can t name a single literary work that is not
protest. The meaning behind this quotes resides in the author s purpose. When an author is telling a
story, they cannot avoid bias and their opinions. The purpose of the author writing, poem or prose, is
to protest the opinions, cultural concepts and ideas that they do not agree with and try to change
people s perception of these ideas. This quotation is valid and provides a compelling argument
because if the author is not trying to change something in the world, even something so small, when
they are writing, then why are they writing? The poem, For a Lady I Know by Countee Cullen protests
the ideals of white and rich privilege. It protests ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

the reason that he did play in the professional leagues, was because he was black and they were

dreams of playing football. By not allowing his son to play baseball, he is protesting that changes have
not been made and the world, sports and all, is just as cruel as when he tried to pursue a career in
baseball. He often rants about the life he could have had and the dreams he could pursue on the field
because it was his passion, but this often discourages and enrages him. By doing this, he continues to

Tragedy Of Commons
Garrett Hardin s, The Tragedy of the Commons discusses the exploitation of common resources and
the inability to solve the problem with technical solutions. Hardin focuses on population and the effect
it has and will continue to have on what he refers to as the commons. The exploitation of natural
resources or the tragedy of the commons, as he puts it, refers to all resources that are not formally
regulated. Such resources include rivers, parks, the atmosphere, energy and so on. Robert Wade and
James Acheson take different approaches in how the use of common property can help address the
tragedy of the commons. Hardin s primary focus is on the negative effects of a continuous population
growth and the welfare state s inevitable need to support population growth. He often describes the
optimum population being when growth rate approaches zero. This, he points out, might lead us to
believe that any population with an increasing growth rate must be below its optimum however it is
mostly the case that the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The two types of fishing areas play a role in the amount of mixed fishing that is allowed. The more
mixed an area is, the less chance of overstepping local boundaries. Nucleated fishing areas have a

Essential Security Protocol Verification Techniques
COMPUTER SECURITY
INTRODUCTION
This paper is going to look at two essential security protocol verification techniques namely:
i. Strand Space Protocol Analyser. ii. NRL Protocol Analyser.
The structure and operation of each protocol will be discussed. Usage, strengths and weaknesses,
problems and issues, pros and cons will all be highlighted. Finally, a comparison of the two protocols
will be conducted to justify the selection of a preferred security protocol verification.
Strand Space Protocol
Strand space protocol is a framework model for designing and verification of cryptographic protocols.
It is considered to be a local behavior of a single session of a particular protocol. The strand space
model operates on two additions for a fair ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
[1].
Standard Strands use a trusted agent from the network server to represent the protocol performance
[1].
The Strand space protocol model uses a rank function technique to mark traces the entire network
Weaknesses
The strand spaces protocol model can provide other with a scope of the cryptosystem possible keys
[8].
The Strand space protocol model is basically designed from a set of mathematical model equations
[7].
Advantages
It is designed with cryptographic protocol programming language that makes it work efficiently with
cryptographic protocols network [7].
It can support an intelligent fair exchange protocol between state and state change [1].
Analysis of attacks can be done in an efficient way with the strand space protocol analyzer model [8].
The Strand space protocol model can provide a strong mechanism to obstruct potential attacks within
the cryptosystems networks [1].
The Strand Space protocol model is equipped with rank function capabilities that can verify the
activities of adversaries from its initial state [5].
Disadvantages
The disadvantage of this protocol model is the use of standard signatures with short notations to
retrieve an unsuccessful operation [7].
NRL Protocol Analyzer
The NRL protocol analyzer is designed and developed with prolog Language. It is a verification tool
used for special purposes. The NRL protocol analyzer is a protocol that can support a cryptographic

Paper On Predestination
1. Predestination has always been, for me, a tricky topic/doctrine. I find it very difficult to reconcile
God s choosing the elect with the implications for those who are non elect. It seems very
contradictory, and contrary to His nature, that an all loving God, who loves unregenerate persons as
much (?) as regenerate persons, would essentially choose, whether actively or passively, individuals to
spend eternity in hell. Admittedly, my own theological grasp of hell is somewhat lacking, as I don t
really understand how allowing people to live in torment for all of eternity can be a loving action on
God s part, although I know that it must somehow be loving. While I despise universalism, I can
understand why Christians might wish to twist their ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
I find the argument that the repentance required for salvation can be considered a work to be
interesting, but ultimately incorrect. It seems to me that repentance, defined as the abandonment of
sin, inspired by godly sorrow for our sin (Erickson 352), is still enabled, or even given to us, by the
Lord, without whose influence we would not be capable, in our total depravity, of experiencing a truly
godly sorrow over our sin. Also, I disagree with the argument that repentance moves us away from
salvation by faith alone, as repentance is part of faith. True faith cannot be separated from repentance
(352), as they are interwoven together, or two sides of the same coin (Zuck 5). For example, the self
stated purpose of the Gospel of John is so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of
God, and that by believing you may have life in His name (English Standard Version, John 20:31).
The entire book of John, which is clearly evangelistic and dedicated to bringing people to faith in
Christ (as God), does not speak of repentance at all, indicating its position as an aspect of conversion
alongside faith, rather than as a separate entity in the process of salvation. Indeed, if repentance is
distinct from faith as a requirement to be saved, then the full gospel is not given by John (Ironside 37
38), which is at odds with his evangelistic purpose. Both repentance and faith are acts, yes, but not
works in and of themselves (or if they are, they are primarily done or

Mcdonalds Mcdonald s Case Study
In February 22, 1992 a man by the name of Chris pulls his 1989 Ford Probe into the drive thru of an
Albuquerque, New Mexico McDonalds. Chris ordered a coffee for his grandmother, 79 year old Stella
Liebeck. Upon receiving the coffee Chris pulls into a parking space so Stella can introduce cream and
sugar to her coffee. A 1989 Ford Probe lacks cupholders and features a slanted dashboard. Thus, Stella
placed the coffee near her lap and opened the Styrofoam lid. At that moment, 180 degree liquid
saturated Stella s thighs, perineum, genital area, and inner thigh. The sweatpants worn by Stella acted
as a sponge that held the scorching liquid close to her skin. Stella sustained third degree burns over six

Thus, the plaintiff easily established negligence. However, the plaintiff s complaint also sought to
prove fault of product liability and alleged the coffee at its base was inherently defective
notwithstanding the defective serving container on top of being defectively marketed attributable to a
lack of warning label.
However, in response, Rodey, Dickason, Sloan, Akin, Robb, P.A., the law firm for the defense issued
an affirmative defense. McDonald s alleged the plaintiff s injuries were the result of either her own
negligence in handling the obviously hot coffee or the negligence of a third party, such as her
grandson s driving. McDonald s suggested that if the plaintiff was injured as suggested it was the
result of an accident or inadvertence which has no bearing on the restaurant chain. Among other
defenses, the defense asserts that the plaintiff failed to state a claim for which the court could grant
relief. Additionally, the defense alleged the defendant adhered always to a standard of care and thus
never failed to show reasonable conduct. The defense suggested the plaintiff must present prima facie
showing of entitlement of punitive damages before burdening a jury. After all, McDonald s asserted,
customers know coffee is hot and that its customers want it that way.
The litigation process featured numerous motions on both sides of the courtroom. On January 21,
1994 the defense made a motion for summary judgment. After citing a plethora of

Temporal Lobe Amnesia Case Study
According to Pinel (2013), medial temporal lobe amnesia is amnesia or loss of memory that is
associated with bilateral damage to the medial temporal lobes (p.478). H.M. s case was revolutionary
to the study of human memory. Prior to H.M. s surgery, it was shown that the removal of one medial
temporal lobe was effective treatment for patients with a unilateral temporal lobe focus. H.M. suffered
from on average one generalized seizure per week and many partial seizures per day (Pinel, 2013,
p.260). Anticonvulsant medication s proved to be ineffective for the treatment of H.M. s seizures
(Pinel, 2013). H.M. s doctors ran tests including an electroencephalography or EEG, in which they
proposed that the H.M. s convulsions originated from the center of the medial portions of both his left
and right temporal lobes (Pinel, 2013, p.260). His doctors believes that since the removal of one
medial temporal lobe was effective treatment for patients like H.M., he would benefit from removal of
both medial portions of both temporal lobes (Pinel, 2013). H.M. s surgery proved to be effective for

Total War During World War II
Definition:
What is meant by the concept of Total War? Total war is best described as a country s 100% effort. All
means of production and accomplishment are geared towards what is the best way to win a war.
How was WWII the maximum example of Total War? Most Allies and Axis countries, namely
Germany, had geared their economy towards pouring all their resources into the attempt of winning
the war. In no other war was this done as much as it was during World War II.
Mass Produced Warfare:
Compare the military production of the various major Allied and Axis powers during WWII. What
observations can you make about the outcome of the war based on this information? There are many
ways of defining military production, but in the broadest way, ... Show more content on

By not taking in other factors, and by looking at production amounts only, it is obvious that the Allies
would win. There was no means of resources that the Axis powers excelled in, and had few people
who fought in the war. Both sides of the war had at this time undergone industrial revolutions, had at
least somewhat equal caliber machinery. This means that it would be almost physically impossible for
the Axis to defeat the Allies.
Strategic Bombing:
What do the websites say about the effectiveness of bombing campaigns in disrupting the war effort of
the Axis during WWII? According to the majority of the information on the websites, the bombing
campaigns put in place by the Allies were not very effective. The main goal of the bombing campaigns
were to break the morale of the Axis citizens, specifically Germany. This was done by instead of fully
wiping out cities, leaving them only half damaged to show the power of the armies. However, these
bombings did little to no damage to the will of Germans. People still were willing to support the Nazi
cause. The German economy was very much destroyed, thanks to the bombing efforts, but military
production was still proceeding, as the Germans were prepared for the Total War involved. It is also
stated that as a result of the bombings, Germany s mobility was shrunken, as they could not move as
fast as they wanted.
What about the collateral damage involved? The amount of collateral damage that the

Inhibit Moral Behavior
A moral inhibitor is a condition that hinders our moral behavior and leads to acting irrationally. It
arises when the right thing to do, and the action that is being performed are not the same. In the next
600 words, I will present and explain a heuristic that inhibits moral behavior. I will then speak of a
situation that is an example of a heuristic. I will also describe what steps to take in the described
situation to help ensure moral behavior. Moral behavior is an aspect of our humanity that is essentially
learned at a very young age. Our moral behavior is sculpted based on our culture and our
surroundings. It is responsible for the actions we choose to commit. When our moral behavior is
inhibited, we stray away from the right thing to do and act in ways that would seem malicious and
cruel to a rational bystander. Social and situational context can explain what induces moral people to
act in heinous ways. A heuristic is a mental shortcut that readily comes to mind and simplifies
cognitive tasks. The solution itself is not perfect or guaranteed to be optimal, but it is enough to satisfy
the immediate goals (1). A heuristic affects moral behavior by invoking automatic evaluations, which
strongly influence judgements and actions and can ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Throughout the 20th century there were many influential pieces of literature that would not only tell a
story or teach a lesson, but also let the reader into the author s world. Allowing the reader to view both
the positives and negatives in an author. Ernest Hemingway was one of these influential authors.
Suffering through most of his life due to a disturbingly scarring childhood, he expresses his intense
mental and emotional insecurities through subtle metaphors that bluntly show problems with
commitment to women and proving his masculinity to others. Ernest Hemingway was born on July 21,
1899, in Cicero, Illinois. Clarence and Grace Hemingway raised Ernest in the suburbs of Chicago and
Northern Michigan. He spent most of his young ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Right out of high school, he escapes from home when he enlists in the army during World War I to
serve as an ambulance driver in Italy. One moment that really struck with him, due to it being
masculine, was when a soldier was injured by a machine gun, and he managed to carry the soldier to
safety and save his life. Little did many know, he also found and married his first love during the war,
Hadley Richardson. This was the first time that he actually began to not fear and actually trust a
woman. This eventually branches off to more problems with women and even commitment, for he is
married 3 more times after Hadley. Deep in Ernest... was a mistrust and fear of women. Which he
suffered from always (Brainy Quote 1). Never being able to wipe away problems with dedication, due
to his fear of women.
Right when the war ended, he began writing short stories and novels. Starting with his first novel, The
Sun Also Rises, in 1926. Several things had influenced his works. His experience in World War I was
influential, though not as influential as the relationship he had with his parents. Emotions he had
dealing with his manipulative mother and scarring childhood constantly spilled into his writing.

Sexual Harassment In Hollywood
At the SAG awards on Sunday, many celebrities spoke out and showed support for the anti sexual
harassment movement called Time s up in Hollywood. Many powerful and famous women in
Hollywood supported the movement and used their awards speech to address sexual harassment by
sharing their own personal stories. Other stars gave speeches to express how happy they are that
people are standing with them against sexual harassment. There is a lot of conversation happening
now in Hollywood about the movement, and many people agree with the movement s purpose of
ending sexual harassment. While a lot of men agree with the movement, others like Constance Wu,
star from Fresh Off the Boat, said the movement made him very uncomfortable. Many women say

To Kill A Mockingbird Book Vs Movie Essay
When a novel is turned into a movie, the movie director usually to changes or cuts certain scenes. The
To kill a Mockingbird movie wasn t able to elaborate on certain characters that Harper Lee wrote
about. Why did the movie extract what scenes they did? The book is revolved around the children
Scout, Jem, and Dill to a certain extent. The movie focused on big name actor actor Gregory Peck who
played Atticus. In order to make more money, the movie conveyed Atticus as the focal point . Because
of this, Scout had few lines. The beginning of the book starts out kind of slow and allows the reader to
get accustomed to each character. The movie skips through most of that in order to hook the viewers
in. For example, the movie shows Scout rolling in the tire without even telling the backstory of the
Radley s and telling you who Boo is. The movie cut the scenes with the fire at Miss. Maudie s
house, and the incident with Ms. Dubose and Jem. The movie didn t really mention Boo as much as I
was expecting it to. These changes were most likely made because the director chose to have the
movie revolve around the trial. Atticus says it is a sin to kill a mockingbird at the diner table. The
books says this after the children receive airsoft rifles. The children never receive airsoft rifles in the
movie. Therefore, the director was forced to work this important line in another ... Show more content

Masculinity of Mike Tyson
Iron Mike Events, icons, technology, and environment affect the male population in America. Most
males have a person they look up to for inspirations and motivations. Males want to be tough and
strong, and they want to be feared by other males. Males enjoy being better than everyone else and
impressing women. When a successful male icon experiences a downfall, most men are shocked and
fear for their own downfall. Mike Tyson is an example of a successful male whose downfall became a

punishment and said he expect[s] to pay the price as a man, showing his desire to remain manly and
strong (1). Even after apologizing and admitting he is wrong, Tyson wants to prove to his fans and
everyone else that he would have won the fight. Tyson remains full of pride after his mistake and
states that he was saddened that the fight did not go further so that the boxing fans of the world might
see for themselves who would come out on top (2). Mike Tyson s actions impacted masculinity in

ear was the beginning of Tyson s downfall. The incident with Holyfield was an addition to Tyson s
criminal record. After this event, there was more attention towards Tyson s increasing criminal record.
Before the fight versus Holyfield, Mike Tyson had been convicted of raping a pageant queen. His
behavior was not strange to some people because he never had stable relationships with women (Grass

Many times in history great empires fall under those who cannot protect their king and who would

showing how to be as a scout, trying to be a good leader in the country to follow as most kids looked

Battle Of Santa Anna Essay
In 1832 General Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna became Mexico s president. Many colonists hoped that
Antonio would make Texas a self governed state within the United States. Once in power, Santa Anna
was less truthful than many Texans were led to believe. In mid 1834 Santa Anna overthrew Mexico s

Counter fit ?
Cosmetics are seen everywhere in the market nowadays. Those who care a lot about how they present
themselves to other people would definitely buy them out of need. These products are often sold at a
high price and this is a problem to those who cannot afford them.
However, recently, products of the same name but different price have been popping up in the market.
Consumers all around the world would notice that these products are priced lower than the usual.
These cheaper products would most probably be counterfeited beauty products.
Counterfeited products are imitations of the real thing but usually sold in a reduced price. The reason
why people still buy counterfeited products is because who would want to resist a bargain? Bargain
prices are something good to us but considering what would happen if we buy and use these
counterfeits, it would not be worth it. Even though they look the same, these counterfeits are far from
the original. Therefore, it is only right that people should take proper measures to avoid buying
counterfeit make up and beauty products because they are harmful to our health, impacts the economy
negatively and are linked with other illegal
Activities.
Firstly, counterfeited beauty products should be avoided because they have been found to be
associated with bringing harm to the consumers well being. The reason for this is mainly because
these fake products do not go along with the

Revolutions And Analysis Of Petrus
During a reading of the novel Disgrace and analysis of Petrus, my mind wandered to the aftermath of
the revolution in my home country Serbia. After fifty five years of rule, the oppressive communist
regime was finally overthrown and regular citizens could be heard, with almost contagious optimism,
saying I breathe with full lungs again . However, while we had many benefits of adopting democracy
and joining the international institution, one part of the population quickly started theft of ex
government companies; bribery and corruption were rampant within the new democratic ruling class.
That brings me back to my analysis; while the situation is not fully comparable, the actions and
behavior of Petrus in the novel Disgrace by J.M Coetzee symbolize positive as well as negative power
shift and socio economical changes of long oppressed majority black population in post apartheid
South African society. Much the same what my home country experienced after the establishment of
the new democratic institution, in a power vacuum, sometimes immoral people who committed
unlawful acts rise first in the hierarchy of the new society. All the revolutions or transformation of the
state have brought us advancements of humanity, but also the dark reign of terror; we all can
remember examples of French and Russian revolution. I will present to you that J.M. Coetzee showed
us both sides of that transfer of power in the character of Petrus. First, the position of the black

LBP [1] is very simple to understand and easy to implement. To compute LBP at first we need to
divide the image into cells like 16X16. Then take a pixel into the grid and consider the neighboring
pixels around the pixel. If the center pixel value is greater than or equal to its neighbor, then consider
1 for the neighboring pixel otherwise consider 0. Then take the binary numbers in a sequence
(clockwise or anti clockwise). Assume the number is a binary number and compute the decimal
number. Then set the value to the middle pixel. Compute histogram for each 16x16 cells and finally
concatenate the histograms. The histogram gives the feature vector for entire window. Example of
LBP feature extraction is given in the Figure 2.1
Figure 2.1: Finding decimal value for central pixel using LBP
LBP has some limitations that reduces its application fields. LBP is not rotation invariant and the size
of the features increases exponentially with the number of neighbors which leads to an increase of
computational complexity in terms of time and space.

Socially Acceptable Behavior and Protests
Socially Acceptable Behavior and Protests The current state of national and even international protests
is one that has engendered a great deal of conversation and debate. The level of damage caused by the
existence of protesters in many different cities in the nation, has been felt financially and emotionally
by those involved and those on the outside and also by the private and public entities charged with the
job of cleaning up the messes. The manner in which the occupy movement evolved over time
demonstrates a significant social movement and responses by officials that responded to concerns all
over many cities where protesters gathered. As someone who was witness but not a participant in the
protests there were many questions despite wholehearted agreement in the cause that was being
protested, income disparity and the privilege of the wealthy. This writer was keenly interested in how
the occupy movement evolved in Portland Oregon as it to me demonstrated a fascinating social
development. Few arrests were made but an outrageous amount of damage was done to first the park

The Company Of Free Enterprise And Market Competition
The foundation of the United States economy is the foundation of free enterprise and market
competition. The competitive market allows consumers to benefit from price reductions, increasing
quality, and allowing consumers the freedom of choice. These ideas of free enterprise and market
competition are so crucial that they are protected by Congressional antitrust laws. As the Supreme
Court has explained, Antitrust laws in general, and the Sherman Act in particular, are the Magna Carta
of free enterprise. They are as important to the preservation of economic freedom and our free
enterprise system as the Bill of Rights is to the protection of our fundamental personal freedoms.

three claims as previously stated. The first claim is the claim of conspiracy. In this claim, Dr. Stuart
has no ground against the doctors of General. This is because officers and employees of the same

organization cannot conspire with each other. As the decision was made solely by the physicians and

Not all schools have climbing walls in their schools so activities like the trust walk can be done which
does not require any equipment. In the trust walk students are paired up and one student wears a

background, she became disappointed in herself for not meeting the expectations of what society had
portrayed girls to be. I started adding up all the things I couldn t do [...] I felt dreadfully inadequate
[...] The one thing I was good at was winning scholarships and prizes, and that era was coming to an
end.
2. Plath s quote could be the primary meaning of the novel s titular bell jar because a bell jar is
designed to keep everything inside, sealed away from the outside world. Therefore, the bell jar acts as
a metaphor for Esther s thoughts and feelings that are trapped inside her head (bell jar). Esther herself
became a bell jar as she isolated herself from everyone

Critical Analysis Of Elizabeth Barrett Browning
The Hopeless Romantic: Elizabeth Barrett Browning
In the poem How do I love thee? by Elizabeth Barrett Browning, Browning asks how she loves her
beloved and goes on to list the ways in which she loves him. Her love is seen as eternal and exists
everywhere which brings to light the tone and styling of the poem and how it fits in the movement it
was written in. Elizabeth Barrett Browning was born in 1806 at Coxhoe Hall, Durham, England.
(Poetry Foundation) During the time of her writings, she was seen as one of the most influential poets
for the Romantic Movement. Romantics focused on nature, human feelings and compassion, and
rebelling for a cause, which Browning shows a lot of throughout her sonnet.
Browning was born in 1806 at Coxhoe Hall in Durham, England. She was a romantic writer but it
closely reflected the life she was living at the time. The oldest of twelve children, Elizabeth was the
first in her family born in England in over two hundred years. For centuries, the Barrett family, who
were part Creole, had lived in Jamaica, where they owned sugar plantations and relied on slave labor.
(Poetry Foundation) Elizabeth s father, chose to raise his family in England, while his fortune grew in
Jamaica. Educated at home Elizabeth apparently read passages from Paradise Lost and a number of
Shakespearean plays, among other great works, before the age of ten. By her twelfth year, she had
written her first epic poem, which consisted of four books of rhyming couplets. In 1826 , Elizabeth
anonymously published her collection An Essay on Mind and Other Poems. Two years later, her
mother passed away and the slow abolition of slavery in England and mismanagement of the
plantations depleted the Barrett s income. Elizabeth s father moved his family to a coastal town and
rented cottages for the next three years before settling permanently in London. Her father did not
allow his children to marry, having them work on the plantations in Jamaica instead. Gaining attention
for her work in the 1830s, Elizabeth continued to live in her father s London house, not by choice
however. He began sending Elizabeth s younger siblings to Jamaica to help with the family s estates.

The 180 degree, rear view camera placed behind the Skully AR 1 helmet previews true to life imaging
of rear view panorama, covering blind spots and providing motorcyclists full situational awareness of
their surroundings. Infinite Focus focuses the heads up display (HUD) to the eyes instead of floating
around, potentially causing diversion. (Barnwell 2015)
Besides, the DOT/ECE certified helmet is equipped with a fog, scratch and glare resistant
photochromic visor, which minimizes visual interference and blocks most UV rays for eye protection.
It has a quick release chin strap in purpose for emergency situations.

Image by Hymel) CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION
The Intel Edison, a remarkable CPU designed with capabilities to support wearable technology and
regular day to day items. We choose the Intel Edison because it fulfils certain criteria which will make
our customers happy.
Its main feature is its size. At an astounding 35.5 x 25 x 3.9 mm, the Intel Edison is slightly bigger
than your average size toenail. The AR 1 needs a CPU to be small so that its weight cannot affect the
comfort of the wearer. The compact size of the CPU creates the possibility for hardware upgrades.
Considering its size, it certainly does not slack behind other CPU s in the processing department.
Considered to be in the Pentium class (Brown 2014), the Intel Edison features a dual core dual
threaded Intel Atom CPU at 500MHz and a 32 bit Intel Quark microcontroller at 100MHz. Sure it
does not sound like the fastest processor out there but let us have a closer look into its design.

Children At Bedtime Is Not Part Of My Parents
As the child snuggles into bed, the mother opens the worn down book filled with vivid, colorful
pictures and words flow out her mouth one by one. This is the scene of many homes every night
across the country, but it never was in my home. Reading to children at bedtime is not part of my
parents culture because they lived in a country where books had never been easily accessible outside
of school. It is at school is where I got exposure to reading and writing and where my literacy journey
began. Since then, my reading and writing has gone through a roller coaster course of events which
has lead them to where it is now.
In Kindergarten, the first place I was surrounded by English, my teacher would place thin picture
books in my shiny, pink book bag that was to be read at home. Once home, I would just place the
book on my dresser. Because nobody in my house, including me, could read the books, the books
collected dust until it was time to take back. I did not care for reading at this time and made no effort
to change. However, the addition of reading and comprehension tests ignited my hatred of reading.
Every so often my teacher would drag a table and two chairs outside into the endless hallway, ignoring
the screeching sound it made as it traveled in to the hallway. She would place a book on the table that
one was to read out loud and in her hands was rubric filled with countless questions that she soon
would ask. My heart would beat rapidly as I waited inside, and with every

Becoming A Forensic Psychologist
Have you ever imagined yourself on Criminal Minds or maybe even Law Order? I know I have
visualized myself being a part of those television shows. There is a lot to mentally and physically do
before you can actually become a forensic psychologist. Educational requirements are very precise
unlike the physical requirements. I have always imagined myself becoming a Forensic Psychologists
because I love to help out others. Figuring out why someone has done something terrible or something
very small is important to me. Especially helping out sex victims allows me to find ways to uncover
the truth on why rapists did what they did. Great spirits have often overcome violent opposition from
mediocre minds. Albert Einstein, (1879 1955) Forensic

Hume – Concerning Human Understanding.David Hume’S...
Hume Concerning Human Understanding David Hume s epistemological argument revolves around
an empiricist school of thought, where sense impressions and experience are the foundations of human
knowledge and understanding. Hume s concept of human reason or enquiry is divided into two types,
relation of ideas, which are propositions that are intuitively certain, and matters of fact, which depend
on existents for their evidence (Hume 1993: 15). This paper will outline Hume s argument against
conclusions about cause and effect being based on reason, as well as the consequences that accompany
this method of knowledge. Finally, I will conclude by explaining why I disagree with Hume s
philosophy. The main argument concerning Hume s ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Furthermore, based on that observed phenomena, we can infer future phenomena of similar nature.
More specifically, we can base our knowledge of future events by recalling past experiences (Hume
1993: 21). Hume s concept of cause and effect, however, does not come without consequences. These
consequences are tied to logical reasoning regarding an event. In other words, we merely think that a
fact is a fact because we assume that fact is caused by a previous experience. Furthermore, we assume
events regarding cause and effect simply because we have witnessed similar events occur in the past,
and therefore the same conclusion must follow. However, this is where the implication lies, that there
is no logical reason to assume that an event or thing is caused by another, the only evidence we have
of such an event is experience itself (Hume 1993: 22). To further clarify, Hume uses the example of a
loaf of bread. A loaf of bread has certain consistency, weight, texture, as well as nourishment that
follows its consumption. Hume claims that inferring that an object that we see in the future that has
the same characteristics as the loaf of bread we first saw, so it must follow that eating it will also
provide us with nourishment (Hume 1993: 22 23). The problem

Adam And Eve Myths
The story of Adam and Eve from The Bible is a mythical story that explains why people are what we
are today. It is a myth because it explains why there is fear and pain in the world. It also shows how
men and women were created by God. The story of Adam and Eve also explains why there is good
and evil.
The story of Adam and Eve describes why there is pain and fear. In the beginning of the story Adam
and Eve are fearless. Adam and Eve are hubristic and they decide to disobey God s orders. When God
takes them out of the garden they begin to realize what fear is. Adam says, I was afraid, because I was
naked; and I hid myself (Genesis 3:15). This explains why the story is a myth because it shows why
there is fear in the world today. The

Insanity In Edvard Munch s One Flew Over The Cuckoo
The Scream by Edvard Munch can be depicted through the novel One Flew over the Cuckoo s Nest in
a few ways. The Scream symbolizes the anguish and pain of modern life. One of the major themes that
is represented in the novel is the idea of being falsely diagnosed of insanity. This artwork shows a
figure, male or female, holding his or her head as if he or she is trying to ignore reality or is
completely mad. It represents the time in the story when McMurphy arranges a fishing trip with nine
other patients. When they stop for gas, the service station men behave rudely to the patients and treats
them unfairly, I could tell by the laugh that they d decided to sell us the gas probably it would be weak
and dirty and watered down and the cost ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The theme of the movie are tragedy and innocence. . The movie takes place in April 1945, when the
Allies were making their final push in the European territory. Don Collier is an Army sergeant who is
leading a Sherman tank with a five man crew. The general there appoints him on a very dangerous
mission to go behind enemy lines and gather information on them. Hopelessly outnumbered,
outgunned, and saddled with an inexperienced soldier, Logan Lerman, in their presence, Wardaddy
and his men face overwhelming odds as they move to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany. Actor Brad
Pitt takes the role of Don Wardaddy Collier, the commander and brains of Fury. Collier is a blunt
person who only cares about getting the mission done. He is also a very patient and humorous person
who cares a lot for his comrades and is willing to sacrifice himself to protect them. Boyd Swan is
another main character in this movie who is played by Shia LaBeouf. Boyd is a righteous and faithful
Christian who is essentially the second in command of Fury. He operates the main gun system, the
76mm high velocity cannon. Grady Travis, is the loader and the guts of fury who is played by Jon
Bernthal. Bernthal is a person who has no manners and was forced into signing up for war. Trini
Garcia is the driver of Fury and is played by Michael Peña. He is one of the bravest men

  • 2. Relationship Between My Husband And Child For My Future... Relationship is defined as the way in which two or more concepts or people are connected. This means like how two people can relate with one another or generally just how the relationship works. We all know that it takes a lot to make any relationship work whether it s a marriage or even just in making friendships work. There are certain components that must be present to make it work. In addition, there s also the question of what are you willing to invest in the relationship. Personally, I have a few ideas of what I would expect in my husband and child for my future family. Communication is one of the most important aspects of making a relationship work. I want a husband who I can just talk to. I want to be able to talk about my emotions, spiritual aspects, and just about anything about my life. My number one priority however would have to be finding someone who I can be myself with. I want someone who ll understand me and my culture or at least someone who s open minded. It also helps if we have the same beliefs especially in deciding what we would teach our children or how we would raise them. Having the same beliefs would decrease the amount of arguing or compromising we have to go through. He should also have the same expectations in the relationship and the willingness to be in it. For example, when I marry someone, divorce is not an option unless the circumstances are really bad and almost unbearable. He must understand that, and he must understand my beliefs. In ... • 4. Torture In The Middle Ages Torture is an action of severe physical or mental pain, or suffering for a purpose, such as extraction of information, confessions, or for punishments. In the Middle Ages torture was used for suffering and to punish captured enemies. It involved the usage of instruments to force evidence from witnesses, criminals, and slaves and was only committed by a public official or another person with similar authority. In ancient Greece and Rome, torture was lawfully used, it was usually used on slaves to extract information or confessions. Later, in early medieval Europe, torture was used as an ancient test of guilt or innocence by subjection of the person who was accused to extreme pain (Rodley 1). Survival was taken as a proof of innocence, the suspect s response to pain established guilt or innocence. But there were many methods used to torture people. In medieval times punishments were often for crimes. The people who tortured witnesses, criminals, and slaves, used methods like the rack, guillotine, mandatory bath, pillory and trial by combat. ... But there was one other torture device that was popular, it was an instrument used for capital punishments(also known as death penalty) by decapitation. This instrument was called the guillotine which was introduced into France in 1792. When a country undergoes a revolution, its ideals that it once believed in are being modified. Sometimes revolutionaries act intellectually, yet others may respond physically through destruction. Revolutions usually follow a rupture in the nation s events, are directed by a hero, have an ideology and belief system, and use symbols or tools to get its points across to the people. The exploitation of natural resources or the tragedy of the commons, as he puts it, refers to all resources that are not formally regulated. Such resources include rivers, parks, the atmosphere, energy and so on. Robert Wade and James Acheson take different approaches in how the use of common property can help address the tragedy of the commons. Hardin s primary focus is on the negative effects of a continuous population growth and the welfare state s inevitable need to support population growth. I find it very difficult to reconcile God s choosing the elect with the implications for those who are non elect. It seems very contradictory, and contrary to His nature, that an all loving God, who loves unregenerate persons as much (?) as regenerate persons, would essentially choose, whether actively or passively, individuals to spend eternity in hell. Admittedly, my own theological grasp of hell is somewhat lacking, as I don t really understand how allowing people to live in torment for all of eternity can be a loving action on God s part, although I know that it must somehow be loving. I find the argument that the repentance required for salvation can be considered a work to be interesting, but ultimately incorrect. It seems to me that repentance, defined as the abandonment of sin, inspired by godly sorrow for our sin (Erickson 352), is still enabled, or even given to us, by the Lord, without whose influence we would not be capable, in our total depravity, of experiencing a truly godly sorrow over our sin. Also, I disagree with the argument that repentance moves us away from salvation by faith alone, as repentance is part of faith. True faith cannot be separated from repentance (352), as they are interwoven together, or two sides of the same coin (Zuck 5). For example, the self stated purpose of the Gospel of John is so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in His name (English Standard Version, John 20:31). The entire book of John, which is clearly evangelistic and dedicated to bringing people to faith in Christ (as God), does not speak of repentance at all, indicating its position as an aspect of conversion alongside faith, rather than as a separate entity in the process of salvation. Indeed, if repentance is distinct from faith as a requirement to be saved, then the full gospel is not given by John (Ironside 37 38), which is at odds with his evangelistic purpose. Both repentance and faith are acts, yes, but not works in and of themselves (or if they are, they are primarily done or ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Most Allies and Axis countries, namely Germany, had geared their economy towards pouring all their resources into the attempt of winning the war. It arises when the right thing to do, and the action that is being performed are not the same. In the next 600 words, I will present and explain a heuristic that inhibits moral behavior. I will then speak of a situation that is an example of a heuristic. I will also describe what steps to take in the described situation to help ensure moral behavior. Moral behavior is an aspect of our humanity that is essentially learned at a very young age. Our moral behavior is sculpted based on our culture and our surroundings. It is responsible for the actions we choose to commit. When our moral behavior is inhibited, we stray away from the right thing to do and act in ways that would seem malicious and cruel to a rational bystander. Social and situational context can explain what induces moral people to act in heinous ways. A heuristic is a mental shortcut that readily comes to mind and simplifies cognitive tasks. The solution itself is not perfect or guaranteed to be optimal, but it is enough to satisfy the immediate goals (1). The To kill a Mockingbird movie wasn t able to elaborate on certain characters that Harper Lee wrote about. Why did the movie extract what scenes they did? The book is revolved around the children Scout, Jem, and Dill to a certain extent. The movie focused on big name actor actor Gregory Peck who played Atticus. In order to make more money, the movie conveyed Atticus as the focal point . Because of this, Scout had few lines. For example, the movie shows Scout rolling in the tire without even telling the backstory of the Radley s and telling you who Boo is. The movie cut the scenes with the fire at Miss. Maudie s house, and the incident with Ms. Dubose and Jem. The movie didn t really mention Boo as much as I was expecting it to. These changes were most likely made because the director chose to have the movie revolve around the trial. Atticus says it is a sin to kill a mockingbird at the diner table. Critical Analysis Of Elizabeth Barrett Browning The Hopeless Romantic: Elizabeth Barrett Browning In the poem How do I love thee? by Elizabeth Barrett Browning, Browning asks how she loves her beloved and goes on to list the ways in which she loves him. Her love is seen as eternal and exists everywhere which brings to light the tone and styling of the poem and how it fits in the movement it was written in. Elizabeth Barrett Browning was born in 1806 at Coxhoe Hall, Durham, England. (Poetry Foundation) During the time of her writings, she was seen as one of the most influential poets for the Romantic Movement. Romantics focused on nature, human feelings and compassion, and rebelling for a cause, which Browning shows a lot of throughout her sonnet. Browning was born in 1806 at Coxhoe Hall in Durham, England. She was a romantic writer but it closely reflected the life she was living at the time. The oldest of twelve children, Elizabeth was the first in her family born in England in over two hundred years. For centuries, the Barrett family, who were part Creole, had lived in Jamaica, where they owned sugar plantations and relied on slave labor. (Poetry Foundation) Elizabeth s father, chose to raise his family in England, while his fortune grew in Jamaica. Educated at home Elizabeth apparently read passages from Paradise Lost and a number of Shakespearean plays, among other great works, before the age of ten. By her twelfth year, she had written her first epic poem, which consisted of four books of rhyming couplets. In 1826 , Elizabeth anonymously published her collection An Essay on Mind and Other Poems. Two years later, her mother passed away and the slow abolition of slavery in England and mismanagement of the plantations depleted the Barrett s income. Elizabeth s father moved his family to a coastal town and rented cottages for the next three years before settling permanently in London. Her father did not allow his children to marry, having them work on the plantations in Jamaica instead. Gaining attention for her work in the 1830s, Elizabeth continued to live in her father s London house, not by choice however. He began sending Elizabeth s younger siblings to Jamaica to help with the family s estates. Elizabeth opposed of slavery and did ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Image by Hymel) CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION The Intel Edison, a remarkable CPU designed with capabilities to support wearable technology and regular day to day items. We choose the Intel Edison because it fulfils certain criteria which will make our customers happy. Its main feature is its size. At an astounding 35.5 x 25 x 3.9 mm, the Intel Edison is slightly bigger than your average size toenail. The AR 1 needs a CPU to be small so that its weight cannot affect the comfort of the wearer. The compact size of the CPU creates the possibility for hardware upgrades. Considering its size, it certainly does not slack behind other CPU s in the processing department. Considered to be in the Pentium class (Brown 2014), the Intel Edison features a dual core dual threaded Intel Atom CPU at 500MHz and a 32 bit Intel Quark microcontroller at 100MHz. Sure it does not sound like the fastest processor out there but let us have a closer look into its design. Figure 3: Intel Edison block diagram (Source: Linux Gizmos. Image by ... • 43. Children At Bedtime Is Not Part Of My Parents As the child snuggles into bed, the mother opens the worn down book filled with vivid, colorful pictures and words flow out her mouth one by one. This is the scene of many homes every night across the country, but it never was in my home. Reading to children at bedtime is not part of my parents culture because they lived in a country where books had never been easily accessible outside of school. It is at school is where I got exposure to reading and writing and where my literacy journey began. Since then, my reading and writing has gone through a roller coaster course of events which has lead them to where it is now. In Kindergarten, the first place I was surrounded by English, my teacher would place thin picture books in my shiny, pink book bag that was to be read at home. Once home, I would just place the book on my dresser. Because nobody in my house, including me, could read the books, the books collected dust until it was time to take back. I did not care for reading at this time and made no effort to change. However, the addition of reading and comprehension tests ignited my hatred of reading. Every so often my teacher would drag a table and two chairs outside into the endless hallway, ignoring the screeching sound it made as it traveled in to the hallway. She would place a book on the table that one was to read out loud and in her hands was rubric filled with countless questions that she soon would ask. My heart would beat rapidly as I waited inside, and with every ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

There is a lot to mentally and physically do before you can actually become a forensic psychologist. Educational requirements are very precise unlike the physical requirements. I have always imagined myself becoming a Forensic Psychologists because I love to help out others. Figuring out why someone has done something terrible or something very small is important to me. Especially helping out sex victims allows me to find ways to uncover the truth on why rapists did what they did. Great spirits have often overcome violent opposition from mediocre minds. • 45. Hume – Concerning Human Understanding.David Hume’S... Hume Concerning Human Understanding David Hume s epistemological argument revolves around an empiricist school of thought, where sense impressions and experience are the foundations of human knowledge and understanding. Hume s concept of human reason or enquiry is divided into two types, relation of ideas, which are propositions that are intuitively certain, and matters of fact, which depend on existents for their evidence (Hume 1993: 15). This paper will outline Hume s argument against conclusions about cause and effect being based on reason, as well as the consequences that accompany this method of knowledge. Finally, I will conclude by explaining why I disagree with Hume s philosophy. The main argument concerning Hume s ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Furthermore, based on that observed phenomena, we can infer future phenomena of similar nature. More specifically, we can base our knowledge of future events by recalling past experiences (Hume 1993: 21). Hume s concept of cause and effect, however, does not come without consequences. These consequences are tied to logical reasoning regarding an event. In other words, we merely think that a fact is a fact because we assume that fact is caused by a previous experience. Furthermore, we assume events regarding cause and effect simply because we have witnessed similar events occur in the past, and therefore the same conclusion must follow. However, this is where the implication lies, that there is no logical reason to assume that an event or thing is caused by another, the only evidence we have of such an event is experience itself (Hume 1993: 22). To further clarify, Hume uses the example of a loaf of bread. A loaf of bread has certain consistency, weight, texture, as well as nourishment that follows its consumption. Hume claims that inferring that an object that we see in the future that has the same characteristics as the loaf of bread we first saw, so it must follow that eating it will also provide us with nourishment (Hume 1993: 22 23).
