Summary – Working as a Knowledge Manager to create and enhance the entire process of harvesting information that is
re-used for sales purposes, e.g. bids and client presentations. Additionally, provide support to Global Marketing team for

Key Responsibilities:
• Knowledge Capture & Maintenance
- Set up and run end to end Knowledge Management process for my area of business. Have implemented
this ‘set up and run’ process in more than 3 areas of business. Reformed existing Knowledge Management
processes in 2 areas of business.
- Understand the focus for my business tower and drive a program to collect re-usable knowledge assets
through internal campaigns, collaboration with Leaders of various Business Units and create re-usable
content from past bid responses.
- Indentify loop holes of the Knowledge Management system in a business area, by conducting internal
surveys among users and consequently fulfill such gaps through collaboration with SMEs.
- Analyze the demand graph for content, to be used in bids and presentations, from sales personnel.
Thereafter, work towards creation/collation of the required content.
- Run an entire program for creation/collation and maintenance of credentials/case studies to record
success stories already delivered to clients. Write the stories in a crisp, to-the-point format capturing key
details, comprehensible by sales personnel (technical and non-technical) to deliver an excellent client
presentation.
- Design and maintain the Knowledge Portal to ensure ease of use.
- Ideate and implement an entire process to reduce Knowledge queries by promoting self-help through
circulation of internal News articles and News Mailers updating about new and existing Knowledge assets
of the portal. This reduced the inflow of queries leading to an increased bandwidth for the Knowledge
Manager.
• Marketing Support
- Sketch and execute end to end promotional/awareness campaigns (internal) to drive users in a desired
direction. This was done through News Mailers and News Articles published in the organizations intranet.
- Design the stream of internal communications to uphold consciousness about the periodic changes in the
Company’s strategy and focus.
- Work with key business leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with Business Plans, as well as
alignment of marketing and sales for effective follow-up of leads
- Build successful relationships with Business Leaders, use the rapport for enhancement of my business area
(Knowledge Portal in this case) and convince them to provide required information/help, which is
essentially not a part of their KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
• Corporate Communications
- Create internal Newsletters for periodic updates for the specific Business Area.
- Create internal News Flashes/Mailers to share important updates/ information with the larger team.

- Write News Articles for the organizations Intranet hub for my business unit.
- Update and re-write the Service stream content, in the intranet, to keep up with changes in the
organisation’s focus and initiatives

- Supervised a team of two Content Managers.
