Started my career as an Analyst since January 2012 so have had the opportunity to
execute the tasks from basic level which included the below offerings from ALKMS
Web and Data Analytics
 Extracting the metrics reports for the sites to check the performance these
reports included Site Visits, Demographic information of the visitors, Knowledge
Digital Assets downloads etc.
 Analyzing the extracted data and presenting it by plotting Pivot tables and
Graphs on Monthly and quarterly basis
 Pull the metrics of various trainings/sessions using the tool and analyzing the end
user ratings/comments
Mailers and Communication
 Creating mailers/newsletters from scratch using MS FrontPage and have also
worked using SharePoint Designer 2010 tool to design such mailers.
 Worked on complex newsletters which used to be a monthly activity for few
domains
 Have had the opportunity to lead the team in absence of the Team Lead
 Created standard templates for commonly used communications
Later in March 2015 got promoted to next level Sr Content Analyst and got the
opportunity to work as a Content Integrator (CI) to work as a Specialist and cater the
Capability Development (CD) team to initiate the Knowledge Management on specific
Domain. Currently, I am aligned to Oracle Domain and I work with Oracle CD Team. I

 Providing innovative suggestions to improve client value creation, eg: Automating
standard reports and processes, visual mock-ups for new pages

 Help in increasing the awareness of KM to the aligned community of practice

 Scrubbing - It involved replacing of the confidential information available on 60
PPT files with some generic terms so that these files could be used as
