The paper introduces a novel approach called Load Matrix with Bifurcated Signal-to-Interference Ratio (LM-BFSNIR) for reducing inter-cellular interference in multi-carrier mobile communication systems. Unlike previous methods that focused on single-carrier systems, this method achieves better power allocation by considering the distinct signal-to-noise ratios across various carriers. The results demonstrate significant reductions in bit error rates compared to traditional techniques, highlighting the effectiveness of the LM-BFSNIR approach in enhancing multi-carrier system performance.
