In this study the supercapacitor as energy storage, as opposed to batteries, has widely researched in recent years. Supercapacitors act like other capacitors, but their advantage is having enormous power storage capabilities. Maximum charging voltage and capacitance are two variables of storage in the supercapacitor. The supercapacitor is used as energy storage to charge a low power device wirelessly and act as a power supply. The solar energy is used as a backup power supply if there is no electricity in the remote or isolated area to charge the supercapacitor. The time taken to charge the supercapacitor depend on the amount of current rating of the solar panel. The higher the current, the shorter the time taken to charges the supercapacitor. This paper presents a battery-less power supply using supercapacitor as energy storage powered by solar. In this study the supercapacitor as energy storage, as opposed to batteries, has widely researched in recent years. Supercapacitors act like other capacitors, but their advantage is having enormous power storage capabilities. Maximum charging voltage and capacitance are two variables of storage in the supercapacitor. The supercapacitor is used as energy storage to charge a low power device wirelessly and act as a power supply. The solar energy is used as a backup power supply if there is no electricity in the remote or isolated area to charge the supercapacitor. The time taken to charge the supercapacitor depend on the amount of current rating of the solar panel. The higher the current, the shorter the time taken to charges the supercapacitor. - 2. An airboat, also known as a fanboat is a flatbottomed vessel propelled in a forward direction by an aircraft-type propeller and powered by a motor. The first airboat, called the Ugly Duckling, was built in 1905 in Nova Scotia, Canada. The airboat travel over places where normal boats cannot go, such as shallow rocky water, swamps, ice and sometimes-even

- 4. BALSA WOOD : Light weight with a low density of about 160kg/m3 and has a very high stiffness. It is easily workable. LITHIUM ION BATTERY: It is a rechargeable battery in which lithium ions move from negative to positive electrodes during discharge and back when charging. This is much lighter than other energy equivalent batteries. Very light weight and wide variety of shape and sizes available.
- 5. BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR : These are also know as electronically commutated motor. These are synchronous motors powered by DC electric source via a switching power supply which produces an AC electric signal to drive the motor . The advantage as compared to brushed motor is that it is very cheap and adjustment of speed is better. They can develop high torque with good speed response . In addition they can be easily automated for remote control. They have good thermal characteristics and high energy efficiency.
- 6. RUDDER: It is used to steer the air boat by minimizing aero-dynamic drag. It is made of flat plate section of balsa wood . It is carved and sanded to a smooth section. PROPELLER: Type of fan that transmits power by converting rotational motion into thrust.
- 7. SERVO MOTOR: A servo motor is a rotating actuator that allows for precise control of angular position. It consists of a motor coupled to a sensor for position feedback. RADIO CONTROLLER: It uses radio signals to remotely control a device. It is hand held radio transmitter for the control of the device.
- 8. ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROLLER: It is an electronic circuit with the purpose to vary the electric motor speed, its direction and for dynamic break. It is often used on electrically powered radio controlled models. It provides an electronically generated three phase electric power for brushless motors.
- 9. MANEUVER OVER SWAMPY AREAS WHERE UNDER WATER PROPELLER CAN GET STUCK. AMPHIBIOUS APPLICATION(USED IN LAND AS WELL AS WATER). HENCE MAKES IT VERSATILE.
