CELSIM was asked to design an assessment center for Affin Bank's graduate recruitment program to evaluate candidates based on the bank's new "Banking Without Barriers" approach. CELSIM worked with the bank to develop competency assessments, interviews, and simulation exercises to evaluate recruits. The assessment center helped the bank identify the key competencies needed for its new business model and recruit candidates that were the best fit.
