This document describes an executive coaching case study for the National Library Board of Singapore. CELSIM was hired to provide one-on-one executive coaching for top and senior managers to accelerate growth, harness potential, and improve performance. Using a 76-question leadership assessment tool and one-hour coaching sessions, CELSIM helped managers gain insights into their strengths and development areas. Managers left the sessions feeling more motivated and confident to create sustainable changes to achieve organizational goals. The CTO praised the coaching for providing excellent insights into how to improve effectiveness in leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
