Abortion ends a pregnancy by killing the developing human being. While some women choose abortion due to financial constraints, family size preferences, or health issues, it is a painful procedure that can cause physical, emotional, and psychological problems. Many major world religions consider abortion to be against their doctrines. Adoption and seeking help from family or friends are alternatives presented.

human being. Abortions end the
pregnancy early whether it is a
surgical or a medical abortion.

option?
• Not enough money to support their
family.
• Enough kids already.
• Birth control failure.
• Unwanted pregnancy.
• Pregnancy resulting from rape or
incest.
• Endanger health reasons.
• Too young.

4. Are there any side effects?
Yes, this procedure is very painful.
• Physical/emotional problems.
• Feeling guilt.
• Damage to organs and tissue in your
body.
• Death.
Many women don’t fully recover from
this. Most women have to go through
years of therapy.
