2. Process-2 page spread
I started off by choosing an image of one of the colossus in this case No.13 and then I darkened the image as I
was planning to use a greyish white for the font colour this was done through the tab shadows/highlights. I only
discovered this as I was trying to make a single image darker/brighter rather than the entire product. Then I got
the title by just taking the name from one of the promotional posters with the magic eraser. After I wrote the
entire text using the text box tool though I discovered if I want everything on I would have to use size 10 font
for the bulk and the sub headings size 18. then I took a screen-shot each image from the game though some I
had to brighten as you couldn’t really tell what was going on in them
4. Process
I started off choosing the front cover as the back
ground image but importunely I had to to make
the wording for the game and the image separate
because if I got eh original it would of blurred the
entire image. Then when I was choosing the font
for the name of the magazine I chose to use one I
got off da font called fighting spirit turbo. It
looked amazing for a flagship then I added a bit
of shadowing at some of the edges to make it
pop I achieved this by using the brush tool,
selecting black and lowering the opacity to about
17%. After I put a few bits of texts around that
talk about what you may find in this magazine
some words I increased the size or changed
colours to make it eye catching and interesting to
the reader one of the images I used was the
death stranding logo I used its trail to go over the
black banner to make it look like its dripping off
the page so readers are are more likely to look at
it, this was also to make it look separate from the
main article. I created the price tag by just
making 2 squares into an 8 point star and then I
put the price in the centre of it.
