The night in hell is a horror film about a group of teens who are killed one by one by a clown they previously murdered. The clown has returned from the dead, possessing one of the teens to seek revenge. However, another character has also been possessed without the others' knowledge, leaving it a mystery as to the true killer. The film is aimed at teen and young adult males, featuring gory and scary scenes to appeal to fans of the horror genre. To avoid offense, the filmmaker will ensure no inappropriate material is included and younger viewers are restricted, while being different enough from existing works to avoid copyright issues despite drawing from one similar film.

What is it called? This can change if you think of something better later
Product’s Purpose: The product is a film which is to entertain people and my movie is full
of surprises and enigmas which will draw the audience in and it will make them want to
watch more even after the movie has finished.
What is the product’s purpose (entertain/educate etc.) and how will you achieve this?
Genre: It is a horror film.
What sort of product is it
Content My movie is about a group of teens who killed a horror clown and now the clown
has come back alive to avenge his own death and kill the group of teens. He has now come
back alive and possessed one of the teens who is killing everyone and then the group of
teens find out its him but what they don’t know is that there is another person who got
possessed by the clown and is a killer but no one knows who it is.

Audience: My audience is teens and young adult maleswho normally are the majority of
people who like horror. The movie will be for middle class and the rich as it is a brand-new
movie and will be very expensive to go and view. My movie will appeal to young adults and
teens as they like gory and horror films with bloody and gory scenes.

Think about any offensive material you will include? No there will not be any offensive material in
my film.
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? Yes as it could be too scary and gory for
younger kids.
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? No my movie will not offence any religions or
ethnicities.
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? I will make sure to check that every scene and
shots and what people say are suitable and it doesn’t offend any religions or ethnicities.
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? No I am not using characters or
names from existing products. No I am not using any logo or characters of existing products.
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement? My product is sufficiently different to existing products but there was one film which
influenced me into using the storyline and types of scenes which I have used in my horror movie.
