Thriller / Horror.
We wanted to use this genre as we feel this is the most popular type of film for the
target audience we are aiming for. We also thought this was achievable as as a
group we all watch many horror films which gives us ideas for storylines and
techniques to create mood.
3. Synopsis
One pupil pushed to the edge of his sanity by bullies has enough and decides to
take action against his oppressors by bringing his father's gun into school. With no
friends and no one who listens he decides to silence his tormentors for good.
5. Ideas for Trailer
Set the scene and age group of the film by showing the high school that the
film is based in.
Show children with lots of friends to contrast against the main character
who has no one and is constantly by themselves.
6. Brad
Kid gets bullied and doesn't get invited to big parties.
Had enough of bullying so attempts to shoot pupils at school.
Kills many students and teachers.
7. Target Audience Profile.
15-24 predominantly male audience. However due to the broad amount of sub-
genres in thrillers there can a wide range in the target audience. As it is set in a
college setting many people can relate to it.
