This proposal outlines an action movie that aims to be generically entertaining for audiences aged 18 and over. The movie will feature stock photos of people posing as if in tense situations. It seeks to avoid offending any groups through inclusive stereotype-free references. Free stock photos will be used to depict characters pretending to look cool in a filmic way, in a style indistinguishable from other directors to avoid copyright issues.

There will be people who are clearly trying their best to look as if they’re in a very tense situation
and have to also pose for photos when doing it
Audience:
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc
Why would your project appeal to this person?
The audience will be anyone above the age of 18 as with the age rating, however people a few
years younger maybe interested
Legal & Ethical Considerations:
Think about any offensive material you will include? There will only be pictures of some people and
a city so I doubt that will happen. With the radio ad, the topic being the movie, which is in no way
meant to hate a group, will likely be fine no matter what is spoken about
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? No, the products that I shall be making will be
suitable for all audiences.
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? Absolutely not.
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? By making sure that nobody is stereotyped and
everybody referenced is referred to as very good.
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? I will use free stock photos of
people who are pretending to be cool and like they’re in a movie.
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement? I’m not trying to replicate how other movies look, but I’d like to make it
indistinguishable which director is making it. For example; ill have an explosion, but it wont be too
big so you cant tell if its Michael Bay, or Edgar Wright
