- 1. Proposal 1 Working Title: Car Minions What is it called? This can change if you think of something better later Product’s Purpose: The purpose of my product is to entertain. The product is a game there for it will be interactive making it entertaining. I will use bright colours and shapes in order to make this creative. What is the product’s purpose (entertain/educate etc.) and how will you achieve this? Genre: The genre of my product is a racing game. It will include cars and race tracks. The game will be simple not detailed. What sort of product is it Content My product is about racing. I will put cars and race tracks in it with items that others have put down to make you try and stop winning e.g. a banana for example could be thrown down to make the car slip. This product is not going to have a story it’s just little games for fun. What is your product about? Discuss what you would put in it (be specific). Does it have a story? If so, discuss it here Audience: The audience of my game is going to be children both male and female asI know that they have time to play games are there not in full time education or work they sit at home and can have the time to play games. My product will appeal to this audience as I’m going to use bright colours and simple shapes, children are not bothered about much detail. Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc Why would your project appeal to this person? Legal & Ethical Considerations: I will not include any offensive material. I have done research in order to not offend children and to make the content ok to view for them. I will ensure I don’t offend anyone as I will make sure it’s suitable for anyone to play it. It will contain nothing to harm religious groups it will be safe for religious people as well as none religious. I am not using any material from existing products I’m using my own idea. I think my product will be different from existing products out there some things may be similar Think about any offensive material you will include? Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright infringement?
