2. Process: Filming
To start off, I needed to think of a
suitable place to film the experiment,
and since this is only a minisode of
the real deal, I decided to film in my
room where the character deal with a
unicorn who thinks she’s a qualified
doctor. I used my TY Beanie Boo
Unicorns to act as the characters as
planned and improvised the
adventure as I filmed every sprat
clips to make it into one film. Once all
the clips were recorded, I then use
the phone’s airdrop to send the clips
to my laptop, which is connected to
my phone.

3. Process: Post Production
Next, after obtaining the
recordings from my phone, I then
opened up iMovie, a source very
similar to Premier Pro. I first
uploaded all the video to the
timeline from the downloads
where they were imported. After
the clips were assembled and the
laugh track added, I then added a
title screen made by your trolley
with the same effects from iMovie
to make it short and simple. Once
I rendered through and checked
the overall result, I then uploaded
to my files, ready for YouTube
and Blogger.

4. Process: Uploading to Blogger
After the film was made,
it was time to upload it to
the internet, I first
uploaded it to YouTube
in order to upload it to
Blogger. Once that was
complete, I then
uploaded it from the files
into my blog under the
title Experiment 1.

5. Reflection
What elements of your experiments will you include
in your final product(s)?
I will be using the laugh tracks from iMovie to help the
audience see what the joke is and when to laugh for those
who don’t have a big sense of humour. I will also use the
transition of cutting to the next scene as well as special
transitions to move into another clip for special interests as
well as showing that the film does include special effects to
make it interesting.
