LOCATION: Mid-Atlantic.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this Sales Professional will be responsible for maintaining
existing Accounts as well as prospecting New Business opportunities through prospecting and
networking. Duties include: Provide superior Customer Service: Develop a thorough understanding of
Company’s capabilities: Review and analyze market to stimulate New Business: Manage Company
CRM system: Maintain constant research on Market trends: update Industry knowledge to provide
better solutions for existing Customer Base: Provide quotations and consulting solutions to new
customers and existing ones on an ongoing basis: Attend sponsored Trade Shows and promote &
facilitate professional presentations for current/potential Clients.
PERSONALITY: Ideal Candidate will be an enthusiastic Sales Professional possessing Multi-Level Communication Skills
and a capability to understand the Technical aspects of the Business. Although this is a Sales Position,
the Candidates’ personality must emulate that of a Mentor, Instructor, and Teacher and include
extensive knowledge of their Clients Industry with a history of “Closing the Sale”. They also need to
have a strong drive and “Get it Done” attitude.
EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree preferred and a minimum of 3-5 years of consultative selling approach involving
Products used for things in like: Grand Openings, Holiday Gifts, Tournaments, Political Campaigns,
Fund Raisers, Incentive Programs, Special Events etc. Knowledge of Sales Strategies and Prospect
Evaluation Techniques. High Energy person who thrives in a creative environment and comfortable in
Customer/Client relationships with experience in: Tabletop, Home Décor, Promotional, Pet, Consumer
Electronics, Soft Goods, Gaming, HBA type Products as well as Licensed Brands like Disney, Coca-
Cola, Ford, Jack Daniels etc.
COMPENSATION: Position is supported by an outstanding Compensation Program that is Incentive Based including a
Base Salary and Uncapped Commission that for the confident Sales Professional should attract those
accustomed to a six plus figure total Annual Compensation Package. Benefits include: Outstanding
Health/Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, PTO and Holidays, Paid business related expenses and
perks like professional prepared gourmet lunches provided by an in house chef.
