This document compares endometrial thickness and vascular parameters in the follicle, endometrium, and uterine artery in conception cycles using different fertility drug stimulation protocols, including clomiphene citrate, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), and a combination of clomiphene citrate and FSH. It observes parameters like perifollicular resistance index and peak systolic velocity, endometrial thickness, resistance index, and pulsatility index, and uterine artery resistance index and pulsatility index. The conclusions are that clomiphene citrate has a marginally negative effect on perifollicular and uterine artery blood flows, which may lower pregnancy rates, and equivalent pregnancy rates can be achieved
