Management is informed of potential solutions to identified problems and their advantages and disadvantages. Feasibility studies analyze solutions in terms of constraints like costs, technical requirements, schedules, and organizational fit. Feasibility studies recommend either no change, developing a new system, or exploring other options. If managers decide to proceed, a more detailed analysis investigates current system problems and provides recommendations for design, implementation, and maintenance in an analysis report.
