What happens when everyone’s on Facebook? How in particular is the natural wish of young people to have their own places and cultures manifesting itself digitally? Moreover, how are we all changing our behaviour in light the data that we’re increasingly aware we give up when we use social sites? Is the often cited, rarely challenged belief that young people don't care about privacy actually true? How are kids coping with a world where they are growing up in public? Are the scare stories true, or is something more subtle emerging?
We look at Tumblr, Instagram and Snapchat amongst others for clues to how behaviour is changing and - what this means for the audience, the networks and brands. We examine how a far more nuanced contract between these groups is being negotiated - and how to thrive in this emerging world. How do brands cope with younger groups sophistication when it comes to being marketed to - particularly given the huge global demographic shift due to take place, with over 50% of world's population due shortly to be under 25.

67% of admissions officers surveyed in 2015 said they had looked up college applicants on Facebook. And 40% didn’t like what they found.
These days, social media comes with great responsibility, whether you're just starting high school or finishing up college. On one hand, it’s a convenient way to communicate and connect with others...but on the other hand, it can be detrimental if used irresponsibly. It can impact the impression college admissions officers or employers have of you and cost you a spot at your dream school or a job.
The good news is that most of the bad consequences are preventable and easy to avoid with some foresight.
Here are 10 social media mistakes high school students should avoid...and keep in mind that social media circumstances vary by school, user and situation, so use your best judgement and think twice when you share something publicly.

The Social Self
Who are you? How did you determine who you are? Do humans differ in this respect from other animals? The
concept of the self has been something that psychologists and laypeople alike have attempted to explain.
Early investigation into these questions led Gordon Gallup to place animals in front of a mirror with red dye on
part of their faces. Some animals, like great apes and dolphins, noticed that their image had changed when
placed in front of a mirror, indicating that they have self-recognition, or an understanding that one is a
separate entity from others and objects in the world (Heinzen & Goodfriend, 2019). When does self-
recognition occur in human
infants? Self-recognition develops
in human infants at around the
age of 2, and it continues to
develop across the lifespan. At
first, this concept is concrete and
focused on observable
characteristics (e.g., I have brown
hair) then becomes more abstract
(e.g., I consider myself religious)
and focused on psychological
characteristics (e.g., I am nice) in
childhood and adolescence. How
would you describe yourself right
now? Now think about how you
would have described yourself
when you were four. It might be
hard to remember, but at age 4,
many of you probably described
yourselves in terms of
observational characteristics.
How do you come to even know what descriptors fit you? This relates to the term self-concept, which is the
personal summary of who we believe we are, and it can be acquired through many sources as noted by
Heinzen and Goodfriend (2019). For example, you can rely on other people to provide self-knowledge. You
can come to know yourself by comparing yourself to others on abilities, traits, and attitudes. This is known as
social comparison theory. You make social comparisons when you have little information available, and you
typically compare yourself to others who are similar to you. However, you do not always do this. Some ...

FIVE YEARS
For APA 7 Format and Template *USE THIS
Part 1 (a maximum of 1750 words) must be written as a case and must describe vs. analyze/recommend. Part 1 must be modeled after the cases read during the course, containing similar format and content. Part 1 must contain a case description of a large organizational change (one about which you are able to obtain significant information)
(EXAMPLES BELOW). Types of change might include mergers, acquisitions, downsizing, new strategic direction, globalization, public image failures (BP, Toyota, Facebook, Goldman Sachs), macro-economic change, political/legal shifts, or some other type of organizational change.
The target organization may be a private, government, or non-profit organization with which you are familiar. Remember that you will need to select an organization for which you are able to collect considerable information in order to create a comprehensive case.
Part 2 (a maximum of 2000 words) must be a thorough analysis, with suggestions for change and recommendations for management interventions in the case from Part 1. This part of your Project must be modeled after your 2 Consulting Proposal assignments

· Based on your learning related to this course, how would you diagnose what is really going on in the organization selected?
· How well do the organizational leaders/members understand what the issues really are?
· How ready is the organization to change in terms of awareness, motivation, flexibility, and skill?
· Given the context of the change (social, political, economic, customer need, etc.), how big a change is required to move the organization to a productive and effective mode of existence?
· Analyze the company’s particular approach to change. Why did the organization take one particular approach to change (e.g., downsize) rather than other possible ones (e.g., creating a learning organization)? How effectively was the particular change attempt carried out?
· How did resistance to change manifest itself? How effectively was the resistance addressed?
· What were the objectives of the change effort? How succe ...

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

12. Research Abstract
Abstract
In the increasingly user-generated Web, users’ personality traits may be crucial factors
leading them to engage in this participatory media. The literature suggests personality is
relevant to many types of interactions; it has been shown to be useful in predicting job
satisfaction, professional and romantic relationship success, and even preference for different
interfaces.
Using a sample of adults (18-50 years), this study investigated the relationship between the
perception of self, perception of external factors and their actual social profile & social media
usage. Results from this sample cohort reveal 10 distinct ‘personality’ groups. Further, the
findings show significant consistency across gender, age and cultural lines.
Our research is designed to explore the implications this has for social media design,
interface design, and broader social media marketing domains.
