1) the function of nonverbal communication is to express in a simplistic manner, which can be
understood by anyone without any barriers of language, knowledge, wisdom, etc.
Also important for communication with disabled people.
2) integration of variety of means while designing message is important because communication
stops to deliver its function when it is monotonous. It has to reach to people of all kinds.
Different means important to cater to needs of all kind of people
