Japaad Preet Singh presents their intercultural development plans and goals. Their previous goals included developing awareness of other cultures and improving cross-cultural conversation abilities. Their new goals are to enhance familiarity with Indigenous art and culture and analyze the role of cross-cultural corporate communication. To achieve these goals, their action plan is to participate in cultural organizations, read about different cultures, engage with experts in intercultural business, and spend two hours per week learning about cultures. They are committed to life-long learning to improve intercultural competence.
