This document discusses different thinking styles and creativity profiles: - Rational/Meditative style uses facts, thinks logically and works step-by-step. - Exploratory/Intuitive style uses imagination and sees patterns quickly, taking risks. - Consensual/Negotiative style works with people and is friendly, loyal and emotional. - Systematic/Directive style is practical, organized and works according to rules. It provides descriptions of how each style sees themselves and others, with meditatives seeing intuitives as out of touch with reality and intuitives seeing meditatives as too factual.
