He has unique experience as an internal and external consultant, a corporate HR professional, and a change facilitator in India and the GCC with MNCs and Indian companies. He is passionate about learning and development initiatives and focuses on helping people realize their hidden potential and maintain work-life balance. Currently, he is associated with Enercon India Limited as Lead HR for Pan-India Operations and is based in Mumbai.

Mr.Nadeem is a First Class Management Graduate from University of Pune, Diploma in Labour Laws
from Symbiosis, Diploma in Training & Development from Indian Society for Training & Development
and Diploma in Public Relation Officers Training from Sister Nivedita College, Calcutta.
In total he has 26 years of experience in the areas of HRD, Administration, Training, OD
interventions, Management teaching & Consultancy, etc. He’s unique experience of being an internal
and external consultant, a corporate HR professional and a Change Facilitator in India & GCC with
MNCs & Indian Companies.
He’s conducted more than 1000 learning sessions & carried out OD intervention activities to
facilitate change & development of people & organizations. He has worked on OD & Change
processes in various private, Public, Indian & MNCs, Management Institutes, PSUs both in old & new
setups at Plant, Corporate, SBUs & Channel Sales.
He’s great passion for learning & development initiatives. His main focus has been in facilitating the
people to realize their hidden potential & understand their role in organizational development,
creating positive energy to motivate them for improving performance and assist them to maintain
work & life balance.
He has also exposure in Culture Development, Employee Counseling, Facilitating Transition, Team
Building and Leadership, Empowerment, Design & Implementation of Performance Appraisal
Systems, Conceptualization, designing & implementation of HR Policies and total training solutions.
Currently he is associated with Enercon India Limited an MNC as Lead HR-Pan India Operations &
based out of Mumbai.
