  5. 5. One such Success story “Abhiyaan”:We have written our own successstory in the field of CSR through ourproject “Abhiyaan”. Abhiyaan is aninitiative directed at final yearundergraduate and postgraduatestudents with a view to help themidentify their innate abilities,competencies, behaviouralstrengths and areas ofimprovement. In a short period ofthree hours students are providedwith a psychometric profile reportfollowed by a 7-factor competencyassessment score card which givesthem their current level ofproficiency. This enables them toidentify career paths that map with their individual strengths and helps them tobecome effective individuals as well asprofessionals. Assessment trailed by Counsellingbased on each individual’s behaviouralorientations and competence followed byconstant communication, periodic skill inputscomplete the cycle of Abhiyaan. Major Instituionsof Delhi University such as Sriram College ofCommerce, Hindu College, Hansraj College,Kalindi College, Kamla Nehru College, Ramanujan College, Acharya narendra DebCollege, Jammu University including Bhaderwah campus, Lovely professional university(Jalandhar), Delhi school of Professional studies and Research, IIM Raipur and manymore have invited Praxis EL for Abhiyaan workshop and the students have immenselybenefitted from it. V.
