DALJIT SINGH
Daljit has over 35 years of experience across the entire spectrum of Human Resources Management and Consulting. Of the 29
years in corporate sector, the last 18 years were at top HR leadership levels with leading global and Indian organisations like
Pfizer, Nestle, American Express, Hindustan Computers Limited and Bharti Enterprises. Operating at the apex management
positions both at Country and Regional level, including serving as a Board member for Bharti Enterprises, afforded him
excellent exposure to and experience with top management thought processes, intricacies of business and organisational
strategies, development of HR strategy and solutions, organisation development and restructuring, performance metrics,
leadership, talent management and HR value proposition.
Assignments at regional and country levels based out of different Asian countries and leading global projects and teams have
successfully provided Daljit with a deep understanding of diverse work cultures, cultural nuances and sensitivities, as well as
unique market dynamics of different markets and businesses in Japan, Asia Pacific, South Asia, Australia and New Zealand
region.
Daljit holds Masters in Science, Masters in Business Administration as well as Bachelors in Law.

P V SEBASTIAN
Mr. Sebastian is an accomplished HR professional. He has more than 32 years of experience in HR leadership positions with
American Express, Bharti Airtel and other companies.
Sebastian worked with American Express for 16 years. His last assignment there was Director – HR Japan, Asia, Pacific,
Australia (JAPA) – 16 countries. At Amex he handled the entire gamut of HR including setting up HR for new legal entities. A
subject matter expert in union management and employee relations, he was instrumental in negotiating and implementing path-
breaking settlements with Banking Unions affiliated to the Communist Party of India. He was the architect of many industry-
wide settlements with the All India Banking Employees Union. Other areas he contributed immensely include, Talent
Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit, Leadership Development and Coaching, HR Policies &
Programs, Change Management etc.
At Bharti (Airtel) Group, in his capacity as Senior Vice President Corporate HR, he worked closely with the CEOs and HR
Heads of Airtel, Bharti Realty, Bharti Teletech, Bharti Walmart, Delmonte in the areas of Employee Engagement, Employee
Relations, Outsourcing, Contract Labor Management, Leadership Development, Career Management, Mentoring & Coaching.
Prior to Amex and Bharti, Sebastian had also worked with CK Birla Group and Batra Group companies.

Winner of global and national accolades and awards, Sebastian was the only representative from JAPA Region to serve as an
Executive Council Member of Amex Global Board for Employee Relations. He contributed greatly in the areas of employee
engagement and motivation for improved employee productivity.
A versatile speaker and motivator, Sebastian gets invited regularly by the management institutes, associations, federations and
corporate companies for workshops and seminars as chief guest, moderator and subject matter expert on topics such as
People Effectiveness, Career and Talent Management, People Matters, Leadership, Performance Management, Employee
Relations, Motivation and Growth etc. Sebastian is an alumnus of INSEAD Singapore.
He was actively involved in and associated with Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), National HRD Network (NHRD) and
other associations. Developing youths and making them corporate ready is his passion. He was a management council
member of Business Network International (BNI) and is Founder Member of Association of Entrepreneurs (AOE) India.
Sebastian is a serving Faculty Member at Bridge School of Management.

GITANJALI SAXENA
Gitanjali (like to be called Gita) has been in the Research and Consulting field for the last 17 years, currently active in the
field of People Consulting for large organizations as well as emerging businesses. She has been spending her time coaching
leaders and helping organizations evolve their people systems.
Gita is a certified Strengths Performance Coach, with a firm belief that individual, team and organization success requires
focus on individual talents, not weaknesses. She is currently pursuing her ICF credentialing process, having completed her ICF
Certified Coach Training from Leadership That Works, an organization headquartered out of USA. She has worked actively in
the area of leadership competency building and facilitating personal success through the coaching process, partnering with
more than 100 global leaders from organizations like Microsoft, Cognizant, Standard Chartered, Hero Motors etc. As a coach,
she has partnered with people at the starting point of their professional journey, first time entrepreneurs, middle level leaders as
well as senior leaders, helping them in both the personal and professional sphere, including areas like making right career
choices. With her specialization in using behavioral tools like the Strengths Finder, Thomas Profiling and Personal
Development Analysis (PDA), she believes that career choices based on values and attitudes/inherent talents are far
more engaging. An approach which combines these aspects with skill/experience matching can benefit any country or
organization.

GITANJALI SAXENA
Her most recent organizational stint was as Principal Consultant at the Gallup Organization. She has worked with industry
leaders across industry segments like NGOs, Manufacturing, Telecom, IT/ITES, Hospitality etc. not only in India, but also in
Europe and Asia. She has contributed to Gallup’s ‘World Poll’ process in India, along with actively partnering with local NGOs
aimed at improving the overall citizen well being through better law and order, sanitation, road infrastructure etc.
In her role as Principal Consultant, she worked closely with senior leaders across organizations to help them with:
Rigorous research to understand employee and customer needs which impact their overall engagement
Data based Strategy for creating an engaged workplace through a combination of organizational and local level interventions
A holistic, integrated perspective about managing customer-employee interactions effectively
Team building interventions for leadership teams
Apart from being associated with Gallup Consulting, Gita has also worked for leading research organizations like IMRB and
TNS across the spectrum of brand strategy, pricing strategy, market segmentation strategy, advertising strategy, product
strategy, giving her a well rounded perspective of various elements which are critical for business successGita has actively
