Himaharsham Center for Leadership Development (HCLD), a
division of Himaharsham Group of Companies is a fast growing
entity engaged in leadership development in organisations and
for individuals in the country. The center has been housed on a 5
acre campus carefully chosen at the evergreen beautiful hill of
Vagamon near Thekkady in Kerala.

Jijo J Joseph: Founder & Managing Director
A Post Graduate in Management with over two decades of experience in corporate world.
His expertise includes Organisational Restructuring, Change Management, Business Process
reengineering, Design and Implementation of Management Systems and Corporate
Training. The last corporate engagement he held was Vice President, CCS Technologies (P)
Ltd., Infopark, Cochin.
MGN Unnithan: Executive Director & Chief Consultant
An alumnus of IIM Calcutta and Madras School of Social work. Started his career with
Brooke Bond India as Management Trainee. Unnithan headed the HR functions of Jumbo
Electronics Dubai, Vice-President group HR of Jumbo Holdings India. Unnithan is certified
MBTI Practitioner and did the advanced Human Process Laboratory Program of ISABS.
Mathew Jacob FCA: Director & Chief Consultant
A Senor Chartered Accountant formerly Managing Director, Oil Palm India Ltd., His previous
assignments are Chief General Manager, Deepika, Financial Controller ‘M’ International
Marine Company LLC Dubai and Desert Trading Company Muscat.
