Faculty Profile Anindya Chatterjee <ul><li>Anindya Chatterjee completed graduation in Economics from Presidency College Kolkata, one of the topmost colleges in India, before going on to complete his Masters in Economics and MBA (Finance). He worked as a senior professional in a multinational bank for ten years before moving on to the IT industry in the BFSI segment. After completing a successful stint in this industry both in India and abroad, he went back to his passion of training in the areas of sales, customer relationship & retention management and soft skills. He has facilitated programmes for foreign banks, nationalized banks, private insurance companies and other professional institutions like Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (GMCS batches). His overall work experience is around 18 years. </li></ul>

Faculty Profile S.G.Bakshi <ul><li>Presently, a senior Faculty at Centre of Insurance Studies, Kolkata he served LICI for 40 yrs, managing different assignments in both Administration and Marketing. He was In-charge of a Division and retired as Deputy Zonal Manager of LICI (EZ). He served as Consultant Regional Trainer in Met Life India Insurance Co. for one and half years. Thereafter he was Consultant Regional Trainer (East) in SBI Life Insurance Co Ltd., in Bancassurance channel, for about 2 years. He also imparted training in Insurance portfolio to the officials of Bank of India & Union Bank of India organized by Star Union Di-ichi Life Insurance Co. Ltd. A committed believer in Training & Learning. He is an Associate of Federation of Insurance Institute </li></ul>
    9. 9. Faculty Profile Dr. Suvarna Sen <ul><li>Dr.Suvarna Sen (PhD in Psychology from Calcutta University) has 15 years of teaching experience. She has participated in various Seminars and Workshops across the country from NIMHANS (Bangalore) to ITM (Mumbai), from The Eastern Zonal Psychological Association (Kolkata) to NIRMA (Ahmedabad). She has also conducted various Management Development Programmes for Indian Institute of Coal Management, Alstom India Ltd., and Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is presently the Director of Usha Martin Business Schools for Eastern India. Her other interests include working as a consultant psychologist, being the Joint Secretary of the Eastern Zonal Psychological Association and also being an active Member of the Social Development Sub-Committee of Confederation of Indian Industry. Her key knowledge areas are soft skills, counselling and psychometric testing. </li></ul>
    10. 10. Faculty Profile Dr. Amit Ranjan Basu <ul><li>Dr. Amit Ranjan Basu started his career in mental health as a residential psychiatrist at the Antara Psychiatric Centre in India. During this time he availed training in counselling, group-work and how to build trainers organized by the British Council from 1990-1992 and was in UK to exchange experiential knowledge on different aspects of human development. Apart from being an independent trainer on counselling and communication skills, he had been a visiting faculty on counselling at the Vidyasagar University School of Social Work, a leading institution in India and a Soft Skills visiting faculty at the ICFAI Business School, Kolkata, India. He is also involved in qualitative research and professional counselling. He has published articles in both English and Bengali. His key knowledge areas are soft skills and counselling. </li></ul>
    11. 11. Faculty Profile Priya Roy <ul><li>After completing her BCom from Shri Shikshaytan College, Kolkata, Priya Roy did PGDBM (Finance) and later added a PG diploma in Materials Management. She worked in the corporate sector for more than a decade before venturing into her family business on health equipments. She also started Business Communication training at various MBA Colleges of repute. As her credibility as a trainer increased she got offers to impart her knowledge at various institutes. Some of the notable ones are ICFP ( Institute of Chartered Financial Planners) Ramakrishna Mission Institution of Education and Culture, Amity Global School, ICFAI Business School and Usha Martin Academy. </li></ul>
    12. 12. <ul><li>Anuttama Banerjee is a post graduate in Applied Psychology. She is a practicing psychologist with specialization in psychometric testing. She is frequently invited as a specialist in psychology by various print and electronic media and has made credible contributions in the field of human development. Anuttama has participated in corporate trainings on various behavioral skills and customer relationship management programmes. Presently she is attached to various academic institutes teaching soft skills.     13. 13. Faculty Profile Sharbari Saha <ul><li>Sharbari Saha is the Head of the department of Soft Skills and HR at the ICFAI Business School in Kolkata. After completing her Masters from Calcutta University she went on to get a PGDHRM from IMT Ghaziabad. She is c ertified in Basic & Advanced Lab in Human Processes. Sharbari has also done a certification course in Interpersonal Communication from IIT, Kharagpur and is a NEN Educator. She has been training both students and corporate employees for many years now with specialization in the KPO sector. Sharbari is also the secretary of the Kolkata Chapter of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science. </li></ul>
