       Business Manager – India ( June 2001- November 2003)
HFI’s core expertise is in the area of UI design or in IT parlance "Usability Engineering". HFI is one of the largest
organisation in the world in the niche world of usability consulting with revenues of approximately $14m. Initially
set up as an offshore development centre exclusively to serve the US market, it has established presence in India,
China and Singapore.

Achievements:
       Achieved a turnover of $2.4m within 4 years of sales operations with a CAGR of approximately 96%
       Achieved a growth rate of 112% in 2009 in the midst of the global financial crisis.
       HFI Singapore today contributes to 10% of global revenues & has the distinction of Distinction of being the
        most profitable global operation in the year 2009 for HFI Inc.
       Spearheaded HFI’s expansion into South Asia & the APAC region.
       Developed a very strong Usability franchise in Singapore with dedicated verticals for Banking, Telecom & e-
        Government services. HFI is today Singapore’s leading User Experience organisation
       Spearheaded the initiative to collaborate with Citibank N.A, Global Direct Banking to deliver the user
        experience for their Next-Gen internet banking platform “Leapfrog” billing more than $ 650k
       Was instrumental in working with Globe Telecom Philippines to generate a top line revenue of $500k and was
        awarded their prime Usability Contractor Status for 2 years in a row beating established global vendors
       Awarded the best sales leader for HFI Asia (2003)

Responsibilities
   Developing a strategic approach to creating business solutions around the focus customer/ business segment,
    including key value proposition and solution set development with a view to “owning” the customer segment
    and doing so in a profitable manner.
   Ensuring high levels of partner engagement to offer an extremely strong value proposition of services
   P&L owner for the Singapore operations and responsible for setting stretch targets and achieving annual
    business goals, while working towards a set of longer term business objectives
       Stitching together of partnerships & alliances to offer consolidated services to deliver a seamless service
        experience to customers.
       Developing an internal and external reporting structure to track results and provide insights and inputs
        including on any course correction, on a regular and timely basis
