MAC background Varied Business Background (Operations, Sales, Manufacturing) including senior level recruiting (20 years) During my 20 years in Human Resources, I’ve managed the recruiting function in diverse industries from pharmaceuticals to consumer goods to food processing. I’ve also served as an HR business partner at every level, from Chief HR Officer to the HR partner for diverse manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and distribution organizations. In other business capacities, I served as plant manager at Sara Lee Coffee during the acquisition from Nestle until a GM could be hired, and as Acting Managing Director of Sara Lee’s Direct Sales business in the Philippines. Successful track record recruiting at senior and executive level in a world class organization I have sourced, attracted, and hired top talent in numerous companies. At Timex that meant recruiting a new regional management team; at Goya it involved defining a new talent competency profile and recruiting top sales leaders; at Sara Lee, it meant literally re-building the world wide direct sales leadership team, including hiring over 50 key management and technical positions. Executive Compensation Package knowledge I have extensive executive compensation experience, from designing the competitive offer based on market analysis to making the offer and negotiating the details to its conclusion. I have developed base pay and incentive bonus package as well as long term incentives (including stock options, restricted shares and phantom unit pricing.) My executive compensation experience includes senior level pay practices and development of market analysis salary structures based on internal equity ranking. I have managed senior level (top 100 senior managers) annual merit review cycle. In terms of innovation, I’ve implemented a self-ranking program that allowed managers to summarize accomplishments and special projects they had achieved during the review period and to select a merit increase that reflected that achievement. I’ve also implemented innovative recruiting incentive plans and key metrics that progressively increased efficiencies by 10-15% annually.
