One Minute Introduction

My name is Mauro Antonio Calcano
I am a HR professional with more than 15 years experience in various industries from
consumer goods, hospitality services to food services.

Currently I am independent consultant providing advisory services to minority firms, with
a focus on process improvement, operations, and HR strategy. My experience includes
both early stage and mature businesses.

Previously, I held the Vice President Human Resources at Timex Group and lead a
cultural transformation critical to repositioning Timex brand to appeal to a wider range of
market segment, bringing in new talent, penetrating the luxury market, and achieving
record levels of profitability. I have had progressive HR leadership positions at Sara
Lee and Marriott In-flight.

 My goal now is to identify Human Resources Business Partner opportunity that
leverages my success at improving productivity, employee engagement, and overall HR
performance.
