Course Description:
The Executive Leadership Lab (ELL) is an in depth course that teaches business leaders the skills
that they need to build an effectiveorganization, as well as, a profitable one. Participants assume the
role of a business leader and must address real problems uncovered in a real business turnaround.
Attendees learn how to coach both the customer facing and support teams to be effective micro
organizations that contribute to the overall success of the company. ELL also takes a deep dive into
the economics the business, teaching participants about where to look for profit leaks and the
questions to ask.

Participants in the Executive Leadership Lab will learn the following:
How to think like a business owner.
How to build a successful company culture.
How to coach each employee so that they contribute to the success of the company.
Tools that will help them to effectively coachand manage their teams.
How to develop effectiveemployee feedback systems, and when appropriate, how to
manage a performance improvement plan.
How to develop marketing strategies that work.
How to make sure customer opportunities are fully developed.
