multisite big box retail, distribution and e-Commerce environments. Rising rapidly through the ranks of

several individual stores to district manager responsible for a dozen locations to general manager of
regional distribution center servicing 65 big box retail stores.

COO/VP of Sales, Integrity Sales Unlimited, 2014-Present. Started up and grew a curated B2C
consumer e-Commerce firm specializing in home, food/beverage, personal care and other CPG products.
Managed all operations, including training, customer service, merchandising, procurement, packaging
and distribution. Forged dozens of profitable supply chain relationships and built Amazon.com and eBay
storefront portals. Key achievements include:
Launched & grew a startup. Seeing an untapped market for curated home, grocery and
personal care products, launched intergrtitysalesunlimited.com, an e-Commerce retailer.
Forged supply chain alliances with dozens of vendors and built a web presence with
Amazon and eBay storefronts. Leveraged superior merchandise selection and customer
service to beat first-year forecasts, then drove a 28% second-year jump in revenue.
Target Corporation, rapidly rose though ranks. Roles include:
General Manager, Distribution Center T-555, 2008-2013. Promoted to direct all operations at a
1.8-million sf DC serving 65 California stores. Managed budgets to $55M and staff 500+. Directed
supply chain, warehousing, distribution, training and safety. Led productivity, efficiency, and other
successful performance improvement initiatives. Exceeded a wide array of performance objectives,
reducing DC expenses and contributing to higher store revenues and profits. Earned the GM MVP
Award, Corporate Values Award, GM of the Year Award and other awards. Notable
accomplishments include:
Strengthened leadership development & diversity. Recognized a talent gap in
Target’s distribution network operations. Won top management approval to create
Women in Distribution, a leadership development program aimed at cultivating top talent
and next-gen leaders from an underrepresented demographic. Built new interview topics,
career development, mentoring and leadership programs. Increased women’s
representation in supply chain management by 20%. Put 12 promising managers on the
path to promotions. Created a template adopted throughout the company’s distribution
center network.
Drove a 25% jump in DC efficiency, earning top rank. Target DC T-555 fell below
expectations for freight flow optimization (FFO), a newly introduced series of KPIs.
Enhanced training and communications. Conducted weekly DC-wide rallies for staff at all
levels, including management, to foster Best Practices and a focus on metrics. Promoted
the concept of DC performance as key driver of store sales. Held events to celebrate
successes and motivate future efforts. Significantly improved two key FFO measures,
increasing both automated receipt technology (ART) throughput and utilization. Took
ART utilization from 63% to 79%, and captured the #1 rank in ART throughput
companywide.
Sr. Group Leader/General Manager-in-Training, 2007-2008. Handpicked for promotion from a
store operations role to direct the warehousing department of a key distribution center and
concurrently, tapped to participate in a prestigious leadership development program.. Managed
staff to 125+, overseeing all training, staff development, inventory control, shelving and pick &
pack. Major achievements include:
Turned around performance & morale. Poor staff engagement as reflected in surveys
at Target DC T-555 hurt performance and morale. Asked to lead a revitalization effort.

Developed an action plan targeting a wide range of improvements. Won buy-in from
leadership and staff. Strengthened empowerment and accountability. Drove a 6.6% gain
in team member performance, a 3% increase in productivity, a positive budget-to-actual
payroll variance of $690K and came in 2.5% under budgeted overtime. Posted steep
gains in staff engagement and morale survey scores.
District Team Leader, 2005-2007. Promoted to manage a 12-store territory with 900+ staff. Led
sales, revenue, merchandising, service and credit improvement initiatives, beating numerous KPI
objectives. Key contributions include:
Outperformed recruitment objectives, fortifying the talent pool. Target set an
aggressive goal for increasing direct college campus executive hires. Working closely
with HR talent management/campus recruiting team, mapped out a district strategy and
scheduling/locations of on-campus interviewing to meet the goals. Personally conducted
numerous interviews. Increased the district’s direct campus hires by 43.3%, beating the
70% corporate target with an 86% rate, earning #1 ranking in the region. Significantly
improved the talent pool and next-gen management bench strength.
Directed a high-performance leadership development program. Recognized a need
for expanding Target’s district-level management talent pool to meet the demands of
rapid growth. Carved out time to meet with existing and potential leaders at all 12 stores
in the district to map out career development objectives and opportunities. Pushed seven
staff to earn promotions and three others to selection for prestigious advanced
development program. Tapped to personally direct a Leadership Enrichment Training
(LET) program. Exceeded all objectives while grooming a top talent to assume next-gen
leadership roles.
Store Team Leader, 2002-2005. Promoted to manage a SuperTarget location with $45M in sales
and 100+ staff. Achievements include:
Surpassed sales targets by millions, fending off competitive & cannibalization
challenges. A new Walmart Super Center 0.5 mile away and a SuperTarget 3.5 miles
away, threatened to hold down sales at an existing Orlando, FL SuperTarget store.
Focused the store team on providing superior customer experience and best-in-class
service while maintaining stocking levels and driving new credit card members. Earned
the Golden Contribution Award for exceeding revenue goals by $3.6M, hitting $44M in
sales against a $40.4M target.
Exceeded new credit card account targets by 33%. To drive sales increases, Target
needed to increase in-store credit card applications. Developed and implemented an
aggressive program, incorporating new training, coaching and accountability to promote
new account solicitations. Hit 133% of objectives, beating the 120% district average.
Contributed to a steep jump in sales on the way to winning a Golden Contribution Award.
Earlier roles at the Target family of companies include: Grocery Team Leader; Hard Lines and
Executive Team Leader, Home & Kids in Target’s Mervyn’s of California subsidiary.
Contributions include:
Instrumental in successful big box startups. With only 14 SuperTarget locations
nationally, the firm lacked a pool of management talent in the grocery arena. With no
prior experience in the segment, handpicked to take on a key role in launching new super

stores because of a demonstrated knack for quickly picking up new skills. Spearheaded
all facets of launching new the grocery departments in three new stores in FL and GA
after only six weeks of training. Beat grocery sales targets in the first new store by 25%.
Cultivated a deep bench of talent, grooming successors in all three locations.
