Aluminium Commodities
World production: 44.6 million tonnes (2011)
Despite being the most abundant metal on earth (in its raw state of bauxite), aluminium used to be
considered a precious metal. Only once the processes of extraction and smelting were made more
efficient and electricity became cheaper and more readily available did aluminium become what it is
today – the most extensively used non–ferrous metal in the world and the most liquid contract traded
on the LME.
Aluminium is extremely light, pliable, has good electrical conductivity and is resistant to corrosion.
It is used in a wide variety of products: cans, foils, window frames, car body panels, wiring and
kitchen utensils.

Polysar Limited––recent assignment.
BACKGROUND
Rubber Group is the largest of the three operating units of Polysar Limited. The primary users of its
products, such as butyl and halobutyl, are manufacturers of automobile tires; other users are from
various industries. In 1986, Rubber group contributed 0.8 billion which is 46 percent of the
company annual sale. The operation of the group is divided into four divisions, NASA (North
America and South America) and EROW (Europe and rest of the world), Research department and
Global Marketing department. NASA and EROW operate as profit centers each produce butyl and
halobutyl dedicated to regional customers. Both of the centers have relatively flexible producing
schedule to satisfy the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The calculation of the two variances started with the standard fixed cost per tonne which was
derived by following formula:
Standard fixed cost/tonne
=Estimated annual total fixed cost /Annual demonstrated plant capacity
This year, the NASA Rubber's estimated annual total fixed cost was 44,625,000, and the annual
demonstrated plant capacity was 85000tonnes. Thus, the standard fixed cost per tonne for 1986 was
525/tonne.
Then, spending variance was calculated by,
Spending Variance=Actual fixed cost–Standard fixed cost
Actual fixed cost/tonne=Actual annual total fixed cost /Annual demonstrated capacity
NASA had a favourable spending variance of 498thousand this year which means they spend
498thousand less than budgeted. The actual fixed cost per unit was around 519/tonne.
Volume variance was calculated by,
Volume variance=
(Standard fixed cost/tonne) x ([Actual production]–[Demonstrated capacity])
NASA had an unfavourable volume variance of 11.4million which was 5million higher than
expected.
As shown above, volume variance was derived by multiplying standard fixed cost/tonne with the
difference between actual production and standard production.
By reorganizing the formula, it became:
Volume Variance=
Standard fixed cost/tonne x Annual total production–Estimated annual total fixed cost
Simply speaking, the variance measures the amount of designated

Case Study Of Logistics At Ambuja Cement
Over the years ACC has reported an average capacity consumption rate of 86%, and Ambuja's
average utilisation pace stands high at 93%. During certain years, Ambuja Cements somehow
managed to produce even more than their total installed capacity. So the company has not only
added their capacity at a rapid, swift, pace, but has also attained high utilisation rates throughout
most of its operations. This shows the top level of efficiency in Ambuja Cement's operations.
Logistics at Ambuja Cement
Inbound logistics today is highly inefficient. Most retailers use multiple systems to manage the
process and so suffer from fragmented visibility. Prioritisation and scheduling of orders are done on
an ad hoc basis, with little consideration of current demand and inventory, while scarce resources,
such as dock door and yard capacity, are often poorly utilised.

The costs of key inputs coal, power and transport by rail or road are spiraling year–on–year. The
coal is of poor quality, with high ash and low calorific value content. There is need to introduce
competition for improving quality, regularity in supply and reduced prices. The power from public
utilities is of poor quality due to frequent power cuts and fluctuating voltage.
Transport by rail or road is a cost–intensive component and amounts to almost 15–20 per cent of the
delivered cost to the consumers. The railway tariff is high and need to be rationalised for an
essential product like cement. Road transport on the other hand, provides limited alternative because
of inadequacy of road network and rising cost of road transport due to continuously rising fuel cost.
Inland water transport is eco–friendly and cheap mode especially for bulk commodities like cement.
Coastal shipping and inland waterways will help in bringing down the transportation cost.

The Waste Of Waste
Canadians throw out garbage in their everyday lives, but how much Canadians properly dispose of
it? In 2015, roughly 2.3 million tonnes of garbage were thrown away in British Columbia alone, an
average of 497 kilograms per capita. Imagine Canada's waste combined –– about 25 million tonnes.
Often, household garbage ends up in landfills, but landfills are piling up and reaching maximum
capacity. Unfortunately, it is becoming a struggle to find new areas to dispose of the tonnes of waste.
Additionally, the problem of over capacitated landfills contributes to the environment's health and as
a consequence, make approximately 25% of Canada's greenhouse gas emissions. Improperly
discarding items, like batteries, electronics, and so forth, also contributes to the environment's
health, creating the risk of water and soil contamination. It is up to Canadians and the decisions they
make when it comes to recycling and protecting the environment.
Most household items, such as TV remotes, cell phones, wireless video game controllers, and more,
require batteries to operate. Ultimately, single–use or rechargeable batteries run out of juice or
corrode, and become no longer usable. Nonetheless, Canadians are guilty disposing of batteries
improperly, whether in the garbage bin or the blue bin, that later enter landfills. Statistics Canada
informs, "the most common method of disposal was taking them to a depot or drop–off centre
(43%), while some put them in the garbage (32%) or returned them

Essay on The Millau Viaduct and The Hampden Bridge
The Millau Viaduct Connects two limestone plateaus (the Causse du Larzac and the Causse Rouge),
crossing above the Tarn valley below, who's small winding country roads around the town of Millau
used to be heavily congested in holiday seasons as it was the only way across the valley. The Bridge
is situated in the communes of Millau and Creissels, in the south of France.
The Millau Viaduct is the final link in the A75 AutoRoute, a superhighway which stretches from
Clermont–Ferrand to Pezenas. This is a large, continuous highway where cars can travel at speeds
exceeding the normal speed limit, and is long and straight, allowing cars to travel right though
France directly and quickly.

The Millau Viaduct was built for the one purpose of reducing congestion in the Millau region.
Before the bridge was built, motorists would have to drive though the winding country roads
through the town of Millau and the Tarn valley, causing traffic jams backing up over ten miles,
especially during the holiday season. It could take motorists driving across this valley, which is only
a bit over 2km wide, from 30 minutes to 4 hours to cross. With this new extension of the AutoRoute,
the Millau Viaduct, travellers now only take a couple of minutes to cross the valley, and they still
have a chance to see and admire the beautiful landscape.
Hampden Bridge
The Hampden bridge is located on the Murrumbidgie river, which runs through Wagga Wagga in
south east New South Wales. This bridge was the main and one of the lonely links between North

Cycle Of Sugarcane
Each process of the life cycle of sugar cane is analyzed from different states. Sugar cane is best
grown where land is wet with easy access to additional water when compared to other crops like
sugar beets and corn. . Water use for sugarcane production is much higher than for the other crops
due to the need to irrigate in many cane growing areas. Around 60% of the sugarcane crop in
Australia is irrigated, compared with only 16% of the U.S. corn crop, and 7% of the U.K. sugar beet

Why Vegetables Are A Natural Treasure Of Nutrients Gifted...
The importance of vegetables in human nutrition has been well known since the dawn of human
civilization. The vegetables are considered as a natural treasure of nutrients gifted by God to human
beings. They constitute an important part of our daily diet and do not just embellish our table, but
also enrich the human health by providing cheaper sources of vitamins, minerals and fibers. They
play a pivotal role in countervailing the acids produced during the digestion of fats and proteins and
also provide valuable roughages, which stimulate digestion and help in checking chronic
constipation (Rasmussen et al., 2006). Besides vegetables are home for diverse varieties of health
benefiting phytochemicals having antioxidant, antifungal, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

This is because of the non–availability of adequate amounts of vegetables, as their actual production
is considerably less than the required quantity. However vegetables still hold a very high potential
for combating the food shortage as their yield per unit area is more than five times of any cereal
crop. Assuming a 3.5 to 5.5 percent Gross Domestic Product Growth rate in India, the projected
demand for vegetables in 2030 will be 151–193 million metric tonnes (Sammugasundaram, 2005).
To achieve this, every possible effort is being made to make sure that there is enough vegetable
production in the near future. More production of vegetables in India is very essential owing to the
population explosion. Therefore, a planned development in the field of vegetable production will not
only improve the nutritional requirement for the masses, but can also meet the challenge of adequate
food supply to the growing population in India. India is home to a large variety of vegetables
belonging to tropical, subtropical and temperate groups. The vegetables most commonly cultivated
are potato, cabbage, cucurbits, eggplant, okra, tomato, onion, carrot, chili and some other legumes
(FAO, 2010). Phytonematodes are ruinous and economically most important pests of many
cultivated crops around the world (Trifonova et al., 2009) damaging vegetables, particularly in
tropical and subtropical countries (Sikora and Fernandez,

An Integrated Energy And Environmental Management System...
The manager of an integrated energy and environmental management system is responsible for
allocating carbon–emission treatment amount to each carbon emitter within a multi–period horizon.
In a regional energy system, there are some limitations for total emission amounts set up by the
emission constraints in certain periods. If carbon emission is larger than the emission target, the
over–limit part should be treated by carbon mitigation facilities. In period k, carbon emission
amounts should be no more than the summation of carbon emission permit and the surplus credits
from previous period (k −1), in which surplus of emission credits are to be transferable to a
consecutive period (Li et al. 2012). Moreover, carbon emission inventory of different emitters may
vary from each period under the different operating condition, which can be expressed as a random
variable, the study system can be formulated through a MSP approach. Thus, in a MSP model for
carbon emission management system, the objective is to maximize system benefits while satisfying
the total carbon emission requirement. Specifically, the economic objective can be formulated as
follows: (1a) where are decision variables that are reflected in the objective function and
determined by the capacity of carbon capture measures.
During a certain period, there is a maximum limit for total carbon emission amount (1b) (1c)

Rapid adoption of new technologies and improved rural infrastructure induced productivity growth.
The government spending on productivity–enhancing investments (especially agricultural research
and extension), rural infrastructure (especially roads and education), and rural development targeted
directly to the rural poor, all contribute to the growth in agricultural productivity. Avila and Evenson
(2004) have utilized FAO published data on cropland, pastureland, labour used in agriculture,
fertilizer, seeds, tractors and combine harvesters and animal stocks for measuring the changes in
TFP for crop production, livestock production and aggregate agricultural production for two periods,
1961–1980 and 1981–2001. Owing to the limitation of data on factor shares, the TFP growth rates
seem to be on a higher side. Modern varieties of the Green Revolution increase in the education
level of labour force, and increases in dietary energy have been reported as sources of TFP growth in
the paper. Modern varieties contributed maximum (64%) to TFP growth, followed by Schooling (22
%) and nutrition (14 %). Birthal et al. (1999) have analyzed the trend in TFP for the livestock sector
in India. The livestock output grew at the rate of 2.6 per cent per year over the period 1950–51 to
1995–96. The input index increased by 1.8 per cent per year and the TFP grew at about 0.8 per cent,
implying that technical change contributed about 30 per cent to the overall growth over the past 45

Ecological Footprint Of Sea Food Consumption
ECOLOGICAL FOOTPRINT OF SEA FOOD CONSUMPTION IN LAGOS
Lagos is surrounded by water, Lagos Island is practically on the ocean and the availability of water
has contributed to the growth of Lagos in ways like Tourism, Holidaying, Transportation and food.
The Atlantic coastline of Lagos is estimated to be 180km long this is an addition to the estuaries,
lagoons, creeks and tributaries of major rivers that constitute the resource base for the thriving
fisheries industry that are four in number. The total metric tonne of fish landed by 1980 was not
available, information indicated a high preference for shellfish harvesting (shrimp, crab and lobster)
by private investor. This was due to high demand on the international market for these products.
Without reliable fishery data and statistics of what is currently being caught, it is obviously difficult
to predict future trends. Also a series of catch and effort statistics, if continued over a period of years
provides the best measure of changes in a stock of fish and the impact on fishing on it.
Late in December 2013, the Federal Government replaced the import ban decision with a new policy
to cut fish imports into the country by 25 per cent per year by introducing import quotas starting in
January 2014.
Industry players contacted confirmed the quota's introduction, but they indicate there are still
uncertainties over how much fish will actually be allowed in under this newly–introduced system.

The value of recycling paper in a consumer society is the saving of natural resources which would
be for each tonne of recycled paper saves 17 trees, 380 gallons of oil, 3 cubic yards of landfill space,
4,000 kilowatts of energy and 7,000 gallons of water. Again there would be the ecological value of
less landfill space consumed.
Recycling one glass bottle saves enough energy to power a television for 15 minutes and when you
consider in a consumer society the average household goes through 330 glass bottles and jars per
year this would equate to a saving of 82.5 hours per year per household. For every 1,000 tonnes of
glass recycled a total of 345,000 KWH of energy is saved, 312 tonnes of co2, 1,200 tonnes of raw
material and 1,000 tonnes of landfill space is saved. The value of recycling glass would be reduced
natural resources used and less landfill space consumed. When you consider glass created 3,000
years ago is still here today it is quite worrying to consider the amount of glass already in landfill
sites. Another consideration would be the pure waste of all the glass buried in landfill sites as glass
can be recycled repeatedly without any degradation of the material
Before 2007 it was not possible to recycle plastic bottles into new plastic bottles and the
recyclability was limited to what they could be recycled into. From 2007 however due to a process
called depolymerisation plastic bottles can now be processed into new

The Waste Of The Uk
Waste in the UK
Tianyi Shi
Abstract:
The main purpose of this report is to highlight the issues of waste in the UK by giving three relative
and reliable figures. As environmental problems are becoming more serious, how to reduce and
dispose of waste has increasingly concerned the government. This research, based on the Direct
Material Input and Domestic Material Consumption in the UK from 2000 to 2013, the comparison
of waste arising in different sectors in the UK from 2004 to 2012 and local authority collected waste
management in England from 2000/01 to 2014/15, shows that some government strategies are
working but more needs to be done.
Introduction:
The definition of waste is ' any substance or object which the holder discards or intends or is
required to discard ' (UK. Department for Environment, Food and Rural, 2012). Unlike other EU
countries having a large amount of waste such as Bulgaria, the UK has a comparatively less amount
because practical strategies and policy for waste management were implemented effectively. In
recent years, the amount of waste has decreased slightly due to stable change of it in construction
sector which is the major producer of waste in the UK and is defined as 'construction contracting
industry, provision of construction related professional services and construction related products
and materials' (UK. Department for Business Innovation & Skills, 2013). In spite of this, waste put
into landfill has reduced rapidly. Long time is

Supply Options For Non Conventional Energy Essay
2.12 Supply Options for Non–Conventional Energy
Strategies to meet India's energy requirement are constrained by country's energy resources and
import possibilities. Unfortunately, India is not well endowed with natural energy resources.
Reserves of oil, gas and Uranium are meager though India has large reserves of thorium. While coal
is abundant, it is regionally concentrated and is of low calorie and high ash content, though it has the
advantage of low sulphur content. The extractable reserves, based on current extraction technology,
remain limited. Hydro potential is significant, but small compared to India's needs and its
contribution in terms of energy is likely to remain small. Further, the need to mitigate environmental
and social impacts of storage schemes often delays hydro development thereby causing huge cost
overruns.
2.12.1 Coal:–
It is the most important and abundant fossil fuel in India. It accounts for 55% of the country 's
energy need. The country 's industrial heritage has been built upon indigenous coal. Commercial
primary energy consumption in India has grown by about 700% in the last four decades.
Considering the limited reserve potentiality of petroleum & natural gas, eco–conservation restriction
on hydro projects and geo–political perception of nuclear power, coal will continue to occupy
centre–stage of India 's energy. With hard coal reserves around 246 billion tonnes, of which 92

One of Uranium's largest environmental impacts is the quality and quantity of surface water near
Uranium mines. Once Uranium is extracted from mills, a significant amount of Uranium products

Strengths And Weaknesses Of Jawawaharlal Nehru Port
There are a lot of ports in India however Jawaharlal Nehru Port (JNPT) occupies a prominence
place. This port is the largest container port and also one of the modern major ports in India. It was
developed and able to handle around 60% of India's container cargo. Nowadays, the shipping
industry has grew rapidly due to the globalization, booming international trade and foreign
investments. Maritime transportation and global seaborne trade play an important role and represent
more than 90% of the international trade in the world. As the increasing of the trade, the competition
among international ports over the world has intensified. Therefore it is important to evaluate the
performance of the port to enable establish an appropriate management strategies and understand
their strengths and weaknesses of the port in order to compete and maintain a competitive edge in
the international environment. The impacts of poor performance of port have become too obvious on

Maritime access refers to the physical capacity of the port to accommodate ship daily operations. It
is including the tidal range as normal ship operations are not able to handle variations of more than 3
meters. Moreover, channel and berth depths have become vital for maritime operations due to the
growing ship size and to accommodate modern and advance cargo ships. A standard Panamax ship
of 65,000 deadweight tons needs more than 12 meters of depth. Almost 70 percent world ports
found themselves only have depths of less than 10 meters thus are unable to accommodate bigger
ships and provide maritime access to modern ship operations. However, Jawaharlal Nehru port's
channel depth is 13.1 meter and 14.2 meter in outer harbour channel. Channel width 370 meters at
straight reach and 460 meters at the berths while berth's depth is 16.5 meters. The port is able to

New Zealand Is An Export Driven Competitive Economy Essay
Problem statement
New Zealand is an export–driven competitive economy with exports accounting for about 30% of
GDP, one of the primary indicators used to gauge the health of a country 's economy. Auckland
Airport handles 85% of air cargo exported from New Zealand, making it a hub for businesses which
conduct trade.
These businesses want to know whether New Zealand's economy is continuing to benefit from these
exports. I predict that this is true due to the high OEC ranking of New Zealand, which indicated
economic complexity. The question that must then be posed is: What is the long term trend in
exports from Auckland Airport? This question is of interest to businesses and consumers alike
because international trade affects the price of domestic goods due to changes in supply and
demand.
An investigation will be carried out into the export of goods coming from Auckland Airport to
investigate and analyse trends and to make a forecast. Further investigation into both imports and
exports were also conducted to gauge the economic situation of New Zealand. The data provided is
sourced from Statistics New Zealand Infoshare, recorded from 1988 to 2015 and records quarterly
gross weight of exports in tonnes.
Plan
Using the data provided, I will use NZ Grapher to plot a time series and a decomposition on
Auckland Airport Exports from 1988 to 2015. The data will be interpreted taking into account the
raw data, trend, residuals, and seasonal effect. A forecast will be made using the

Memo
To: Senior Management
From: Gregg Gregson
Date: October 16, 2013
Re: Distribution Analysis and Recommendation Summary
In aligning with senior management's initiative to reduce stock out to 1.5%, alongside implementing
a variable lead time order cycle, Large Bakers will achieve an annual cost savings valued at
$194,000.
Background Information
Given Large Bakers Management initiative that the possibility of stock–out be reduced to 1.5%, the
following analysis depicts which of the following options Large Bakers should utilize throughout
the company's supply distribution network to ensure efficiency and valued cost savings are
achieved.
The two options are as follows:
Regular, 25–car shipments, spaced 14 days ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Recommendation
As the manager of Large Baker's supply chain department, it is recommended by implementing
option 2, a variable lead time, buffering against variation in lead time into the company's supply
chain distribution network that Large Bakers will achieve approximately $194,000 annually.
With this alternative Large Bakers will keep a close eye on production level and order the 25 cars at
variable lead time. As a result, efficient production will allow Large Bakers to save on decreased
inventory costs as well as achieve greater efficiency in utilization of key transport times to align
with consumer demand.

Safety Stock Required Determination
Known Research:
Flour usage to meet demand can be taken at an average of 2,000 tonnes every 2 weeks, with a
standard deviation of 300 tonnes.
Variable order cycle – lead time from placement to receiving of the order = 4 days.
If an absolutely regular 14–day shipping cycle is followed the railway will cut its rate by $5.00 per
tonne.
Under the variable order cycle the freight rate saving will be only $4.50 per tonne.
Demand Varies:
Level of production required: 98.5%
98.5 corresponds to 2.17 standard deviation
Standard deviation of demand 300 tons
Safety stock required: 2.17 x 300 tons = 651 tonnes
Lead time Varies:
Level of protection required = 98.5%

La Hacienda Musa Case Study
La Hacienda Musa1
La Hacienda Musa was a long way from Leuven, Belgium. But for Maria Keller, the transition was
as natural as it could be. She had spent twenty years in Leuven studying banana genetics at the
Catholic University of Leuven's Laboratory of Tropical Crops, the world center of banana research.
She had learned about the challenges the banana–growing industry faced from a variety of diseases,
why bananas seemed to be especially susceptible, and how difficult it is to develop new strains of
the world's most popular fruit. But after two decades of study, Maria was ready for something new.
She did her homework, packed her few possessions, and headed to her newly purchased banana
plantation in Costa Rica. To say that La Hacienda ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The prices for bananas were also uncertain. The price (paid to the grower) for conventional bananas
was normally distributed with a mean of $220 per tonne and a standard deviation of $28 per tonne.
Because large yields for La Hacienda Musa tended to occur at the same time as large yields from
other banana plantations, large yields tended to correspond to lower market prices. Thus the market
price was negatively correlated with Maria 's yields for conventionally grown bananas, having a
correlation coefficient of –0.50. Organic bananas would sell at a premium over conventional
bananas, but how much this premium would be was uncertain. Maria thought the percentage
premium would have a lognormal distribution with a mean of 15% and standard deviation of 2.5%.
(A premium of 5%, for example, meant that the price paid for organic bananas would be 5% more
than the price for conventional bananas.) This premium depended mainly on market factors – how
many growers were in the organic business, consumer demand for organic produce – and was
independent of all of other uncertainties Maria faced. Finally, the costs associated with growing
bananas were uncertain and approximately normally distributed with a mean of $1800 per hectare
and a standard deviation of $300 per hectare. Because the uncertainty in growing costs was
primarily due to labor rates and water use, the growing costs were identical under the two growing
methods. These costs were uncorrelated with the other uncertainties.

Analyzing The Production Cycle Of A Salmon Farming Company
Introduction Financial market instruments are essential for hedging the occurring risks of business
corporations. There is a large market for financial instruments, such as the derivatives that are used
to hedge commodities, currencies, equities and interest rates. World–exchanges (2014) reports about
a total amount of 22 Billion of Exchange Traded Derivatives contracts being in the market in 2013.
This essay attempts to determine the present risks by analysing the production cycle of a salmon
farming company, Loch Duart and to provide the possibilities to hedge these risk using derivatives.
Company's background Loch Duart is a salmon rearing company located in Sutherland, Scotland.
(Loch Duart, 2014) This company was established in 1999 and has acquired Scotland's oldest
salmon farming sites the same year. (Loch Duart, 2014) Loch Duart employs 60 local people around
the Eddrachillies Bay. (Loch Duart, 2014) Around 5,000 tonnes of salmon are produced yearly
accounting for approximately 3% of the total Scottish annual salmon production. (Loch Duart,
2014) Salmon is distributed throughout the UK and to overseas countries such as France, Germany,
Ireland, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, South Africa, Switzerland, UAE, USA and Zimbabwe. (Loch Duart,
2014) Besides salmon Loch Duart sells salmon viscera to CellsUnited, signing an agreement to
supply up to 540 tonnes of salmon viscera and heads. (Loch Duart, 2014) The feed for the salmon is
delivered from EWOS, a Scottish company. (Loch

Even though the black market seems like a good place to get the things you need for a cheap price,
there is a bad side to anything you may find on the black market. The black market is a bad place

Through the 1950s most black market sales took place at outdoor markets or bazaars. Having
emerged during World War 1 in response to the regulation of prices and supplies, the black market
burgeoned after the Bolshevik seizure of power.

Iron & Steel Industry in India
The objectives of the study are as follows: To analyze the top and bottom five Iron and Steel
Industries in India Analyzing the trend of key ratios across the top and bottom five Iron and Steel
companies in India Finding the factors responsible in the production of Iron and Steel To analyze the
data of the associated factors and finding a model for demand in Indian Iron and Steel Industry in

However, the 1973–4 oil crisis put a brake on the fast pace of steel production growth and further
led the global steel industry into a transformation era lasting two decades. The period 1975–2000
was characterized by production stagnation, in terms of scale, and structural transformation driven
by widespread technological innovation which created 75% of the categories of steel products used
today. Current Global Scenario In the year 2000, the World Crude Steel production was 848 million
tonnes, showing an impressive growth of 7.6% over the previous year. The world steel consumption
also rose by almost 8%. The international steel trade constituted around 303 million tons or 40.5%
of the production. In 2001 and 2002, world crude steel production was 833.70 million tonnes and
886.70 million tonnes, respectively. The following significant developments have been witnessed
recently in the global steel scenario: There has been a spate of mergers and acquisitions all over the
world in the steel industry. This is a relatively new development in the steel industry and is not
confined only to companies within the same country but often involved cross border acquisitions
and mergers. China has emerged as the most vibrant market for steel production and consumption.

Hydroelectric Power Technology and its Effects on the...
For centuries, scientists and energy experts from all over the world have been making efforts to look
for alternative resources in order to solve human being's energy crisis. Consequently, a great number
of renewable energy source have been discovered, including solar power, nuclear power, wind–
generated power and hydroelectric power. This essay aims at giving some basic knowledge on
hydroelectric power technology with focuses on its impacts on environment. Firstly, a brief
introduction of hydroelectricity will be given, followed by some discussions regarding its effects on
environment, then a conclusion will be drawn based on the discussions and some recommendations
for the future at the end.
Hydroelectricity is a renewable energy ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Moreover, it helped reduce carbon dioxide by 190 million tonnes, sulfur dioxide by 2.29 million
tonnes, and nitrogen oxides by 980,000 tonnes. (Ramaraochetlapalli 2013). Another advantage of a
hydroelectricity water storage dam is that it be used as a source of drinking water and for
recreational purposes such as boating and fishing. Reservoirs created by hydroelectric schemes often
provide facilities for water sports and become tourist attractions themselves. In some countries,
aquaculture in reservoirs is common. Multi–use dams installed for irrigation support agriculture
with a relatively constant water supply. Large hydro dams can control floods, which would
otherwise affect people living downstream of the project
Despite all the advantages of implementing hydroelectric technology, building hydroelectricity dams
can be a fetal threat to local wildlife animals. First of all, reservoir water is usually more stagnant
than normal river waters; as a result, reservoir will contain higher amounts of nutrients and sediment
in which an excess of algae and other aquatic weed can be cultivated. Subsequently, the lives of
river animals and plants would be in danger as they can be crowed out by the excessive amount of
algae (Cleaning Energy 2013). Therefore, they must be controlled through manual

Analysis Of The Article ' Vale Expansion Puts Australia 's...
The article "Vale expansion puts Australia 's global mining market share at risk, Roy Hill head
warns" is a rather simple business news piece communicating Vale's decision to increase production
with third party commentary responding to the announcement. At high level it focuses on the actions
of firms in the iron ore production market and in doing so reveals a range of drivers influencing
decision making by firms. These decisions can be described and understood through economic
theory. Vale is not the only iron ore producer in the market so consideration of the market structure
is important to understand firm decision making. In determining the market structure it is important
to first clarify which market is being analysed. The market ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

The chart provides information by four firms, Fortescue Metals Group (FMG), Vale, Rio Tinto, BHP
(WAIO) and the rest of the world. According to this data set these four producers accounts for
approximately 65% – 70% of iron ore produced for the export market. This suggests the market has
medium level of concentration reflecting a scenario of monopolistic competition. Another aspect to
consider when examining the iron ore export market is the degree of 'product differentiation'
between iron ore producing firms. Product differentiation impacts the ability or preference of buyers
to substitute products, in this case iron ore, produced by different firms. Iron ore is mined in a
variety of different types; hematite, goethite, limonite and magnetite which contain different
concentrations of iron. If the iron ore of a firm is considered to be of higher quality than other firms,
then lower quality iron ore from other firms may be considered an 'imperfect substitute'. Firms may
undertake at additional cost beneficiation processes cost to improve their product. The article notes
Vale will offer a 63 per cent blended product to the market which would compete directly with
Australian producers. This implies consumers could easily substitute the iron ore from other
produces in favor of Vale's product. Over the last 15 years the demand of iron ore has steadily
increased and then fallen. Figures 3.3 and 3.11 below outline the movements in the price consumers

How A Carbon Footprint Is The Total Amount Of Greenhouse...
According to timeforchange.org, a carbon footprint is the total amount of greenhouse gases
produced to directly and indirectly support human activities, usually expressed in equivalent tons of
carbon dioxide. Before starting this project I was unaware of what a carbon footprint was but as I
learned more about it I was interested to see what mine would be. The first section to calculate my
carbon footprint was how much energy I consume. As a freshman in college living in a dorm I use
$600 worth of electricity which is a total of 2.82 tonnes of CO2e. Next was flights. Over the past
year I have taken one vacation and it was to Providencials Turks and Caicos. It was a direct flight
that took me from JFK airport to an airport in Turks and Caicos. This trip used .41 tonnes of CO2e.
The third section was cars. I drive a Mercedes–Benz GLK 350 4 matic that I drove everyday to
school and dance, both in Ocean City, New Jersey. It is about 10 miles from my house to Ocean City
High School and I would go to dance everyday after school which was right around the corner. For
the entire school year this added up to be 4,080 miles. In the summer I also worked in Ocean City
which ended up being the same amount of miles. These car rides plus a few extra ones I put in 9,000
miles for my miles driven. This total was one of my highest ones with 4.87 tonnes being used. I
never use motorbikes or public transportation so that gave me a total of 0 tonnes for the two of them.
That is a huge benefit to

Economic Issues For Tata Steel
Economic Issues concerning Tata Steel
Tata Steel: A Global Entity
Tata Steel is a truly global company with a well established presence not only in India but around
the world in large economies as well as emerging economies.. In the year 2013, it was the 11th
largest steel producing company in the world and the second largest steel company in India
(measured by domestic production) after the State run entity– Steel Authority of India Limited.
The 4 core economic issues that Tata Steel must factor in its decision making:
1) Understand the Global Market and operate within the rules.
2) Expansion plans must be carefully carried out.
3) Acquisitions and other partnerships must be carefully carried out.
4) Keep the finances and other key financials in check.

Tata Steel's major competitors include ArcelorMittal, Essar Steel, Jindal Steel and Power, JSW
Steel, SAIL and VISA Steel.
Other economic issues include falling International Iron Ore prices and Job Cuts in the Steel
Industry which can affect morale:
Steelmakers in India and worldwide, including Tata Steel, have cut prices to remain competitive in
the face of cheap imports from China and Russia. Global steel prices have fallen in tandem with
falling iron ore prices internationally. Some of its competitors have seen losses to their financial
numbers because of this. Tata must factor in all the international and global conditions.
Tata Steel mothballed some plants and cut 2000 jobs in Europe recently to combat widening losses
in a market which haven't yet recovered from downturn in the steel industry last decade. The
company tried to sell its loss–making long products business to Klesch but the deal fell through with
no signs on uptick in demand in the region.

  • 1. Aluminium Commodities World production: 44.6 million tonnes (2011) Despite being the most abundant metal on earth (in its raw state of bauxite), aluminium used to be considered a precious metal. Only once the processes of extraction and smelting were made more efficient and electricity became cheaper and more readily available did aluminium become what it is today – the most extensively used non–ferrous metal in the world and the most liquid contract traded on the LME. Aluminium is extremely light, pliable, has good electrical conductivity and is resistant to corrosion. It is used in a wide variety of products: cans, foils, window frames, car body panels, wiring and kitchen utensils. World aluminium production 2011 Region | % | Asia | 55% | Europe | 20% ... The primary users of its products, such as butyl and halobutyl, are manufacturers of automobile tires; other users are from various industries. In 1986, Rubber group contributed 0.8 billion which is 46 percent of the company annual sale. The operation of the group is divided into four divisions, NASA (North America and South America) and EROW (Europe and rest of the world), Research department and Global Marketing department. NASA and EROW operate as profit centers each produce butyl and halobutyl dedicated to regional customers. Both of the centers have relatively flexible producing schedule to satisfy the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The calculation of the two variances started with the standard fixed cost per tonne which was derived by following formula: Standard fixed cost/tonne =Estimated annual total fixed cost /Annual demonstrated plant capacity This year, the NASA Rubber's estimated annual total fixed cost was 44,625,000, and the annual demonstrated plant capacity was 85000tonnes. Thus, the standard fixed cost per tonne for 1986 was 525/tonne. Then, spending variance was calculated by, Spending Variance=Actual fixed cost–Standard fixed cost Actual fixed cost/tonne=Actual annual total fixed cost /Annual demonstrated capacity NASA had a favourable spending variance of 498thousand this year which means they spend 498thousand less than budgeted. The actual fixed cost per unit was around 519/tonne. Volume variance was calculated by, Volume variance= (Standard fixed cost/tonne) x ([Actual production]–[Demonstrated capacity]) NASA had an unfavourable volume variance of 11.4million which was 5million higher than expected. As shown above, volume variance was derived by multiplying standard fixed cost/tonne with the difference between actual production and standard production. During certain years, Ambuja Cements somehow managed to produce even more than their total installed capacity. So the company has not only added their capacity at a rapid, swift, pace, but has also attained high utilisation rates throughout most of its operations. This shows the top level of efficiency in Ambuja Cement's operations. Logistics at Ambuja Cement Inbound logistics today is highly inefficient. Most retailers use multiple systems to manage the process and so suffer from fragmented visibility. Prioritisation and scheduling of orders are done on an ad hoc basis, with little consideration of current demand and inventory, while scarce resources, such as dock door and yard capacity, are often poorly utilised. Integrated Logistics System ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The costs of key inputs coal, power and transport by rail or road are spiraling year–on–year. The coal is of poor quality, with high ash and low calorific value content. There is need to introduce competition for improving quality, regularity in supply and reduced prices. The power from public utilities is of poor quality due to frequent power cuts and fluctuating voltage. Transport by rail or road is a cost–intensive component and amounts to almost 15–20 per cent of the delivered cost to the consumers. The railway tariff is high and need to be rationalised for an essential product like cement. Road transport on the other hand, provides limited alternative because of inadequacy of road network and rising cost of road transport due to continuously rising fuel cost. Inland water transport is eco–friendly and cheap mode especially for bulk commodities like cement. Coastal shipping and inland waterways will help in bringing down the transportation cost. • 13. The Waste Of Waste Canadians throw out garbage in their everyday lives, but how much Canadians properly dispose of it? In 2015, roughly 2.3 million tonnes of garbage were thrown away in British Columbia alone, an average of 497 kilograms per capita. Imagine Canada's waste combined –– about 25 million tonnes. Often, household garbage ends up in landfills, but landfills are piling up and reaching maximum capacity. Unfortunately, it is becoming a struggle to find new areas to dispose of the tonnes of waste. Additionally, the problem of over capacitated landfills contributes to the environment's health and as a consequence, make approximately 25% of Canada's greenhouse gas emissions. Improperly discarding items, like batteries, electronics, and so forth, also contributes to the environment's health, creating the risk of water and soil contamination. It is up to Canadians and the decisions they make when it comes to recycling and protecting the environment. Most household items, such as TV remotes, cell phones, wireless video game controllers, and more, require batteries to operate. Ultimately, single–use or rechargeable batteries run out of juice or corrode, and become no longer usable. Nonetheless, Canadians are guilty disposing of batteries improperly, whether in the garbage bin or the blue bin, that later enter landfills. Statistics Canada informs, "the most common method of disposal was taking them to a depot or drop–off centre (43%), while some put them in the garbage (32%) or returned them ... Before the bridge was built, motorists would have to drive though the winding country roads through the town of Millau and the Tarn valley, causing traffic jams backing up over ten miles, especially during the holiday season. It could take motorists driving across this valley, which is only a bit over 2km wide, from 30 minutes to 4 hours to cross. With this new extension of the AutoRoute, the Millau Viaduct, travellers now only take a couple of minutes to cross the valley, and they still have a chance to see and admire the beautiful landscape. The vegetables are considered as a natural treasure of nutrients gifted by God to human beings. They constitute an important part of our daily diet and do not just embellish our table, but also enrich the human health by providing cheaper sources of vitamins, minerals and fibers. They play a pivotal role in countervailing the acids produced during the digestion of fats and proteins and also provide valuable roughages, which stimulate digestion and help in checking chronic constipation (Rasmussen et al., 2006). Besides vegetables are home for diverse varieties of health benefiting phytochemicals having antioxidant, antifungal, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This is because of the non–availability of adequate amounts of vegetables, as their actual production is considerably less than the required quantity. However vegetables still hold a very high potential for combating the food shortage as their yield per unit area is more than five times of any cereal crop. Assuming a 3.5 to 5.5 percent Gross Domestic Product Growth rate in India, the projected demand for vegetables in 2030 will be 151–193 million metric tonnes (Sammugasundaram, 2005). To achieve this, every possible effort is being made to make sure that there is enough vegetable production in the near future. More production of vegetables in India is very essential owing to the population explosion. Therefore, a planned development in the field of vegetable production will not only improve the nutritional requirement for the masses, but can also meet the challenge of adequate food supply to the growing population in India. India is home to a large variety of vegetables belonging to tropical, subtropical and temperate groups. The vegetables most commonly cultivated are potato, cabbage, cucurbits, eggplant, okra, tomato, onion, carrot, chili and some other legumes (FAO, 2010). The manager of an integrated energy and environmental management system is responsible for allocating carbon–emission treatment amount to each carbon emitter within a multi–period horizon. In a regional energy system, there are some limitations for total emission amounts set up by the emission constraints in certain periods. If carbon emission is larger than the emission target, the over–limit part should be treated by carbon mitigation facilities. In period k, carbon emission amounts should be no more than the summation of carbon emission permit and the surplus credits from previous period (k −1), in which surplus of emission credits are to be transferable to a consecutive period (Li et al. 2012). Moreover, carbon emission inventory of different emitters may vary from each period under the different operating condition, which can be expressed as a random variable, the study system can be formulated through a MSP approach. Thus, in a MSP model for carbon emission management system, the objective is to maximize system benefits while satisfying the total carbon emission requirement. The value of recycling paper in a consumer society is the saving of natural resources which would be for each tonne of recycled paper saves 17 trees, 380 gallons of oil, 3 cubic yards of landfill space, 4,000 kilowatts of energy and 7,000 gallons of water. Again there would be the ecological value of less landfill space consumed. Recycling one glass bottle saves enough energy to power a television for 15 minutes and when you consider in a consumer society the average household goes through 330 glass bottles and jars per year this would equate to a saving of 82.5 hours per year per household. For every 1,000 tonnes of glass recycled a total of 345,000 KWH of energy is saved, 312 tonnes of co2, 1,200 tonnes of raw material and 1,000 tonnes of landfill space is saved. The value of recycling glass would be reduced natural resources used and less landfill space consumed. When you consider glass created 3,000 years ago is still here today it is quite worrying to consider the amount of glass already in landfill sites. Another consideration would be the pure waste of all the glass buried in landfill sites as glass can be recycled repeatedly without any degradation of the material Before 2007 it was not possible to recycle plastic bottles into new plastic bottles and the recyclability was limited to what they could be recycled into. As environmental problems are becoming more serious, how to reduce and dispose of waste has increasingly concerned the government. This research, based on the Direct Material Input and Domestic Material Consumption in the UK from 2000 to 2013, the comparison of waste arising in different sectors in the UK from 2004 to 2012 and local authority collected waste management in England from 2000/01 to 2014/15, shows that some government strategies are working but more needs to be done. Introduction: The definition of waste is ' any substance or object which the holder discards or intends or is required to discard ' (UK. Department for Environment, Food and Rural, 2012). Unlike other EU countries having a large amount of waste such as Bulgaria, the UK has a comparatively less amount because practical strategies and policy for waste management were implemented effectively. In recent years, the amount of waste has decreased slightly due to stable change of it in construction sector which is the major producer of waste in the UK and is defined as 'construction contracting industry, provision of construction related professional services and construction related products and materials' (UK. Department for Business Innovation & Skills, 2013). In spite of this, waste put into landfill has reduced rapidly. Long time is ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Supply Options For Non Conventional Energy Essay 2.12 Supply Options for Non–Conventional Energy Strategies to meet India's energy requirement are constrained by country's energy resources and import possibilities. Unfortunately, India is not well endowed with natural energy resources. Reserves of oil, gas and Uranium are meager though India has large reserves of thorium. While coal is abundant, it is regionally concentrated and is of low calorie and high ash content, though it has the advantage of low sulphur content. The extractable reserves, based on current extraction technology, remain limited. Hydro potential is significant, but small compared to India's needs and its contribution in terms of energy is likely to remain small. Further, the need to mitigate environmental and social impacts of storage schemes often delays hydro development thereby causing huge cost overruns. 2.12.1 Coal:– It is the most important and abundant fossil fuel in India. It accounts for 55% of the country 's energy need. The country 's industrial heritage has been built upon indigenous coal. Commercial primary energy consumption in India has grown by about 700% in the last four decades. I predict that this is true due to the high OEC ranking of New Zealand, which indicated economic complexity. The question that must then be posed is: What is the long term trend in exports from Auckland Airport? This question is of interest to businesses and consumers alike because international trade affects the price of domestic goods due to changes in supply and demand. An investigation will be carried out into the export of goods coming from Auckland Airport to investigate and analyse trends and to make a forecast. Further investigation into both imports and exports were also conducted to gauge the economic situation of New Zealand. The data provided is sourced from Statistics New Zealand Infoshare, recorded from 1988 to 2015 and records quarterly gross weight of exports in tonnes. Plan Using the data provided, I will use NZ Grapher to plot a time series and a decomposition on Auckland Airport Exports from 1988 to 2015. The data will be interpreted taking into account the raw data, trend, residuals, and seasonal effect. A forecast will be made using the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Background Information Given Large Bakers Management initiative that the possibility of stock–out be reduced to 1.5%, the following analysis depicts which of the following options Large Bakers should utilize throughout the company's supply distribution network to ensure efficiency and valued cost savings are achieved. Recommendation As the manager of Large Baker's supply chain department, it is recommended by implementing option 2, a variable lead time, buffering against variation in lead time into the company's supply chain distribution network that Large Bakers will achieve approximately $194,000 annually. With this alternative Large Bakers will keep a close eye on production level and order the 25 cars at variable lead time. As a result, efficient production will allow Large Bakers to save on decreased inventory costs as well as achieve greater efficiency in utilization of key transport times to align with consumer demand. Supporting Documentation Safety Stock Required Determination Known Research: Flour usage to meet demand can be taken at an average of 2,000 tonnes every 2 weeks, with a standard deviation of 300 tonnes. Variable order cycle – lead time from placement to receiving of the order = 4 days. If an absolutely regular 14–day shipping cycle is followed the railway will cut its rate by $5.00 per tonne. Under the variable order cycle the freight rate saving will be only $4.50 per tonne. Demand Varies: Level of production required: 98.5%

  • 95. La Hacienda Musa Case Study La Hacienda Musa1 La Hacienda Musa was a long way from Leuven, Belgium. But for Maria Keller, the transition was as natural as it could be. She had spent twenty years in Leuven studying banana genetics at the Catholic University of Leuven's Laboratory of Tropical Crops, the world center of banana research. She had learned about the challenges the banana–growing industry faced from a variety of diseases, why bananas seemed to be especially susceptible, and how difficult it is to develop new strains of the world's most popular fruit. But after two decades of study, Maria was ready for something new. She did her homework, packed her few possessions, and headed to her newly purchased banana plantation in Costa Rica. To say that La Hacienda ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The prices for bananas were also uncertain. The price (paid to the grower) for conventional bananas was normally distributed with a mean of $220 per tonne and a standard deviation of $28 per tonne. Because large yields for La Hacienda Musa tended to occur at the same time as large yields from other banana plantations, large yields tended to correspond to lower market prices. Thus the market price was negatively correlated with Maria 's yields for conventionally grown bananas, having a correlation coefficient of –0.50. Organic bananas would sell at a premium over conventional bananas, but how much this premium would be was uncertain. Maria thought the percentage premium would have a lognormal distribution with a mean of 15% and standard deviation of 2.5%. (A premium of 5%, for example, meant that the price paid for organic bananas would be 5% more than the price for conventional bananas.) This premium depended mainly on market factors – how many growers were in the organic business, consumer demand for organic produce – and was independent of all of other uncertainties Maria faced. Finally, the costs associated with growing bananas were uncertain and approximately normally distributed with a mean of $1800 per hectare and a standard deviation of $300 per hectare. Because the uncertainty in growing costs was primarily due to labor rates and water use, the growing costs were identical under the two growing methods. These costs were uncorrelated with the other uncertainties. ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

There is a large market for financial instruments, such as the derivatives that are used to hedge commodities, currencies, equities and interest rates. World–exchanges (2014) reports about a total amount of 22 Billion of Exchange Traded Derivatives contracts being in the market in 2013. This essay attempts to determine the present risks by analysing the production cycle of a salmon farming company, Loch Duart and to provide the possibilities to hedge these risk using derivatives. Company's background Loch Duart is a salmon rearing company located in Sutherland, Scotland. (Loch Duart, 2014) This company was established in 1999 and has acquired Scotland's oldest salmon farming sites the same year. The black market is a bad place and is full of illegal drugs, human trafficking, and ancient artifacts. Through the 1950s most black market sales took place at outdoor markets or bazaars. This essay aims at giving some basic knowledge on hydroelectric power technology with focuses on its impacts on environment. Moreover, it helped reduce carbon dioxide by 190 million tonnes, sulfur dioxide by 2.29 million tonnes, and nitrogen oxides by 980,000 tonnes. (Ramaraochetlapalli 2013). Another advantage of a hydroelectricity water storage dam is that it be used as a source of drinking water and for recreational purposes such as boating and fishing. Reservoirs created by hydroelectric schemes often provide facilities for water sports and become tourist attractions themselves. In some countries, aquaculture in reservoirs is common. Multi–use dams installed for irrigation support agriculture with a relatively constant water supply. Large hydro dams can control floods, which would otherwise affect people living downstream of the project Despite all the advantages of implementing hydroelectric technology, building hydroelectricity dams can be a fetal threat to local wildlife animals. First of all, reservoir water is usually more stagnant than normal river waters; as a result, reservoir will contain higher amounts of nutrients and sediment in which an excess of algae and other aquatic weed can be cultivated. Subsequently, the lives of river animals and plants would be in danger as they can be crowed out by the excessive amount of algae (Cleaning Energy 2013). The article "Vale expansion puts Australia 's global mining market share at risk, Roy Hill head warns" is a rather simple business news piece communicating Vale's decision to increase production with third party commentary responding to the announcement. At high level it focuses on the actions of firms in the iron ore production market and in doing so reveals a range of drivers influencing decision making by firms. These decisions can be described and understood through economic theory. Vale is not the only iron ore producer in the market so consideration of the market structure is important to understand firm decision making. In determining the market structure it is important to first clarify which market is being analysed. The market ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The chart provides information by four firms, Fortescue Metals Group (FMG), Vale, Rio Tinto, BHP (WAIO) and the rest of the world. According to this data set these four producers accounts for approximately 65% – 70% of iron ore produced for the export market. This suggests the market has medium level of concentration reflecting a scenario of monopolistic competition. Another aspect to consider when examining the iron ore export market is the degree of 'product differentiation' between iron ore producing firms. Product differentiation impacts the ability or preference of buyers to substitute products, in this case iron ore, produced by different firms. Iron ore is mined in a variety of different types; hematite, goethite, limonite and magnetite which contain different concentrations of iron. If the iron ore of a firm is considered to be of higher quality than other firms, then lower quality iron ore from other firms may be considered an 'imperfect substitute'. Firms may undertake at additional cost beneficiation processes cost to improve their product. The article notes Vale will offer a 63 per cent blended product to the market which would compete directly with Australian producers. This implies consumers could easily substitute the iron ore from other produces in favor of Vale's product. Over the last 15 years the demand of iron ore has steadily increased and then fallen. According to timeforchange.org, a carbon footprint is the total amount of greenhouse gases produced to directly and indirectly support human activities, usually expressed in equivalent tons of carbon dioxide. Before starting this project I was unaware of what a carbon footprint was but as I learned more about it I was interested to see what mine would be. The first section to calculate my carbon footprint was how much energy I consume. As a freshman in college living in a dorm I use $600 worth of electricity which is a total of 2.82 tonnes of CO2e. Next was flights. Over the past year I have taken one vacation and it was to Providencials Turks and Caicos. It was a direct flight that took me from JFK airport to an airport in Turks and Caicos. This trip used .41 tonnes of CO2e. The third section was cars. I drive a Mercedes–Benz GLK 350 4 matic that I drove everyday to school and dance, both in Ocean City, New Jersey. It is about 10 miles from my house to Ocean City High School and I would go to dance everyday after school which was right around the corner. For the entire school year this added up to be 4,080 miles. In the summer I also worked in Ocean City which ended up being the same amount of miles. These car rides plus a few extra ones I put in 9,000 miles for my miles driven. This total was one of my highest ones with 4.87 tonnes being used. I never use motorbikes or public transportation so that gave me a total of 0 tonnes for the two of them. That is a huge benefit to ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
