This document describes a proposed microcontroller-based vending machine for preparing bhel, an Indian snack. The machine would allow users to select taste preferences (regular, medium spicy, or spicy) and quantity. The microcontroller would then mix the proper amounts of ingredients like tamarind liquid, rice puffs, spices, etc. based on the user inputs. The machine aims to standardize portion sizes and mixing ratios to provide consistently high quality bhel. It could be useful for busy food establishments to quickly serve customers without manual preparation errors. The proposed design includes containers for ingredients, a mixing unit, motors controlled by the microcontroller, and a user interface like a keypad.
