After a series of interviews and personal statements I was selected as 1 of 4 new interns.

8. Internship Description:
◦ F&B Supervisor – Hotel Breakfast Service
-Greet guests, ensure kitchen/wait staff are operating properly, assist with service and cleaning, cash-outs at
end of service, generate reports.
◦ Skylounge Receptionist
-Greet guests, manage all phones and e-mails, process reservations and credit card details online, use computer
to generate forms and charts, coordinate large events in the lounge, event set-up, brief managers and floor
staff daily, work along side security team to manage queues at the door during peak times, attend weekly
hotel operations meeting.
