Event Planner - Development of new and existing business, proactive and reactive sales. Quoting for and proposing to
clients new and innovative ideas for Corporate, Charity, Sporting and private events including Weddings. Targeting and
maintaing key relationships with venues. Internal work to maximize revenue and profitability. Liaising with all
departments to manage events. Controlling all logistical aspects & overseeing event execution. Briefing and management
of event staff. Invoicing and evaluation after an event. Marketing using social media content.

Event Planner - Shared responsibility for new sales and opportunities. Sole account manager for corporate, sporting,

Nov 2010 – April 2011 Ski Esprit, Les Arcs, France
Chalet Host – placed 2nd out of the company’s 182 chalets for overall customer satisfaction. The work was varied and
included cooking, cleaning, welcoming guests, responding and executing to all guest requests/queries.
July 2008 - Frontier (The Essentially Group)
Events Coordinator (work experience) – Involved in a campaign to introduce a new beverage as part of a team
organizing a reception on a Thames river bus. Accounting for petty cash expenditure, purchase of props and welcoming
guests on board.

Sailing Instructor at Royal Bermuda Yacht Club, Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club and Aldeburgh Yacht
Club. I took care of the U13s sailing squad, race coaching theory and practical training. Video analysis, looking into boat
