reported not getting enough rest or sleep every day.
● Sleep deficiency is linked to many chronic health
problems, including heart disease, kidney disease, high
blood pressure, diabetes, stroke, obesity, and depression.

● Poor decisions
● Health
● Also the give and take
4. Other than sleeping what else can we do So we aren’t worn
out and tired?
● Make the Sabbath a priority
● Make it a rest/fun day
● Refrain from work on that day

● The God shaped hole in your heart(the need of
Salvation)
● Are you trying to fix yourself?
● Fruitless work
● Are you putting time in the right places?
● Do you live half of the life to reap none of the living?

everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He
will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one
can fathom.“”He gives strength to the weary and increases
the power of the weak.“
