1. First make an email account with google mail. Actually we can use another email, but
it's better if we use gmail account.
2. if you have already a gmail account, you may open this link, http://www.blogger.com
3. After that, you will see this display.
4. After you see this, you may click new blog.
You may change the language tu understand step easily.
